The only place we disliked out of all our stays
The ACs did not work, it took them 2 hours to finally agree to switch our rooms even tho they had one available. The rooms (both the one we left and the one we moved to) smelled like sewerage. The showers are tiny and outdated. The staff tells you they will call you back in 2 min but never call, which we came to understand is because the manager was “too busy” to answer her employees. Overall a bad experience that ruined our day, we checked out after one night and are waiting for a refund on the remaining night.

It’s nothing like the photos online. The wifi doesn’t work You need to go to the reception area for the internet. The rooms amd the bathroom were unsatisfactory. The first room that they gave us had really bad odour we couldn’t stay so they changed it. Originally it was booked for 2 nights but we left the property the next day

Nice location, the pool is great, but other than that I can’t give 4 stars to it, on the first day I found a scorpion and asked the employee to clean the room and spray insecticides but no one answered my request, they said we will but no one came for that. Cleaners are friendly but can’t He did something to put medicine in the room to avoid the presence of other animals, the air-conditioner was only in the bedroom but that didn't bother me. I don't think I'd go back and see a scorpion in my kids' room.

Very bad experience.
They overcharged me for having an infant although infants should be free, 5 people got sick from their food which is really awful, we booked half board but during dinner water and tea are not free which is a cheap way to cash-in, rooms smell bad and have all kinds of insects (they were going to spray the area the day of our checkout which is also a bad thing but we were lucky to avoid it) the view is good but the location is not that good, pool is very cold and nothing much to do, there is no wifi in rooms, I know the hotel isn't that expensive but they have to improve in rooms and food, it's seriously bad.

I wanted to take the time out to write this review so others who are booking will be aware of what to expect. I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel, only just returning home today. I have listed a number of things that were an issue for me and that i wish i knew before I booked with them as I will never, ever book with them again following my recent experience. 1) Room service ends at 5pm - how can any respectable hotel operate room service that ends at 5pm?! 2) No food available on arrival - we arrived at 2.30am starving and unable to order any food and the staff were unwilling to help 3) Walking with luggage up steep hills - they placed us in room 704 and 706, one of the highest rooms in the resort which were very difficult to get up to and took at least 10 mins from entrance to the resort! If a resort is to place rooms so high up the hills, they should ensure they have the means to help their guests get up there especially when carrying luggage, but as with everythring else at Labranda, little was done to accomodate their guests 4) Water for dinner not available - we paid for half board but could not even have normal water without having to pay 8 liras (equiv of £2-£3) for a bottle of water that would otherwise cost us 2 liras any other time! 5) Tissue not replaced on cleaning room - I had to chase the hotel twice Toilet stink/bad smell Very loud air conditioner/pipe noise Toilet door gets stuck No towels at pool past 5pm Towels in bathroom with brown marks

The grounds were lovely and the view was fabulous. Fantastic for children especially the daycare centre. Very few rooms have a view which is a shame. Cleaning of the room was very basic, beds not made, no extra toilet rolls etc just bins changed. Only stay 2 nights & on second evening the air conditioners started leaking so was kept wake all night with dripping sound

We came to the hotel and it was very high up in the hills, the territory is small, and there is little to do. It is a long, tiring walk in the hills to get to your room and the rooms are very old, dirty, little furniture, no wifi, and we found ants. We got this hotel because of the rock climbing wall, but turns out it only works three times a week for an hour. When we arrived, we also got the wrong room, but, they gave us 3 days of all inclusive to make up for it. We left on the next day because it was boring with a small pool and no other activities. Even though the hotel itself was pretty bad, the staff was nice and the food was good.

Resort with great views
Fantastic views over Turunc. Good facilities, lovely indoor pool. Gym a bit limited. Breakfast and Dinner buffets give good choice and reasonably well cooked and presented. Had to change apartments as was allocated one without kitchenette as per booking. Some minor issues with restaurant service as they sometimes struggled to cope with volume of diners. Spa service was not good at times, sauna and steam room not turned on and didn't stop young children running in, out leaving doors open and jumping in Indoor pool. Turunc has the usual mass of outlets selling fake genuine branded goods. This is an area of high hills providing a backdrop to the sea. Lots of boats taking trips to surrounding bays. Worth taking the water taxi from Turunc to Marmaris, runs every hour and takes 50 minutes. Marmaris has a small castle and a marina as well as better shopping opportunities

Avoid at All Costs
I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. Many great hotels, many decent ones, some okay ones too. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I'll elaborate. 1) We checked in late. There was only one person at the reception desk who was a trainee and didn't speak English. Took us almost 40 minutes checking in given that there were lots of people there. 2) We had booked four rooms. One room had malfunctioning air conditioning. We returned the room key for it immediately and were not refunded. 3) One of the rooms had a horrible stench. 4) The room I stayed in had bed bugs and was generally really unclean. 5) All the interiors were generally outdated and depressing. 6) Location was quite far from Marmaris. 7) Everything considered, this hotel should be NO MORE than 3 stars. I have stayed in 3 stars far more comfortable than this. Just had a horrendous experience. Avoid at all costs.

It certainly wasn't what your website stated. I don't know who rated it four star. I would rate it 3 max. Very antiquated, units badly in need of modernisation . Televisions must be 20 years old, very poor reception, no wi fi, poor internet. No water or tea or coffee supplied. Glad it didn't pay full price otherwise review would be a lot more scathing. Food was always cold.Website stated facilities included laundry however was only laundry service. Commication was also a problem Office staff not very conversant in English, however website stated they were.

We were given wrong room hence asked them to change which they very reluctantly did but that wasn’t clean at all n People with motion sickness should avoid this place it’s at the top of the hill though the views are good but huts are not that great cleanliness 0 , average food. Ac is just in one room so despite of booking 2 room suite used only one room.

Beautiful location, friendly, not enough to return
We came for 1 night on a trip from Bodrum, Marmaris, Kalkan, Kaş, Fetiye, Pamukkale. After a friendly welcome a bit of a long wait before we could go to our appartment. This was clean, big enough. But only 1 of the bedrooms had airconditioning and that was 1 too little. Equiped well but wit a very antique television without hdmi. 2 Restaurants, unfortunately the à la carte restaurant was closed. Nice spa but a mani pedi wasn't possible because the nail studio was closed.

Excellent and friendly staff - highly recommended
A quiet and peaceful hotel a short distance from the village centre; and with spectacular views over the bay. This was our honeymoon and we were totally thrilled with our choice of hotel. The manager and staff were faultless in the way they welcomed and looked after us during our stay - we had a problem on check-in - ie we arrived in the early hours of the morning and 12 hours before expected arrival... the manager was sympathetic and quickly found us a vacant room, he could not have been more helpful despite us waking him up from his sleep.
