We enjoyed all of the restaurants. However, the room next to ours was getting renovated and they made so much noise that my toddler had a hard time napping and going to bed. We complained and nothing was done. Also, we were on the side of the hotel that was away from all restaurants which made it difficult with a toddler.

We loved our stay at El Cid in Puerto Morelos. Resort has so many different pools and atmospheres that there was always something for everyone. We lounged at different pools every day. Service for drinks around the pools was great too. Food was great, my adult kids loved the tacos in the Market restaurant and I loved the fresh Tuna bowls I had. Plenty of options for food. I would highly recommend the place.

The beaches in Cancun by the hotels areas are full with seaweed the water color is pitch black . Didn’t see one guest swimming in the beach during our entire stay

If you want to go to the beach this is not the place for you the beach is horrible I understand it’s an issue with the government they don’t keep their beaches clean but what a waste Black water covered with seaweed I didn’t take any photos wasn’t nothing pretty to take
