Good value for price

Pros: We were pleased that the pool area had two hot tubs - one specifically for adults in a separate area from the pool and kids hot tub.
Cons: Furniture in room was "seasoned", but functional. The toilet/shower room was on the small side.
Location: Marquette MI is home to Northern Michigan University, and is on the shore of Lake Superior. Lots of wilderness to see. Nice little mainstreet shops.
The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet/shower was separate from the sink area, which I prefer. The hotel breakfast area was clean and well kept during the breakfast, which was as good as any other free breakfast we've had at other hotels.

Pros: people, pool was quiet, rooms were nice
Cons: The sign in the front was not lit up. Drove by it twice.
Location: lots of restaurants and stores very close
everything was very nice. The girl at the front desk even let someone use her personal phone charger.

Hotel building is older but very well maintained. Interior has been updated and was very nice. Breakfast was an excellent selection of food choices. I would definitely stay here again.

No sleep.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Seal around the door, especially the side. I understand there being some air space under the door.
Location: We came to visit our kids for Christmas, so we did not shop this time.
The gap between the floor and side of door, lit the room up all night long. The other people staying were noisy and could hear conversations after hours. Walls were thin. I could hear a person snoring in the next room and someone coughing during the night. Not a good nights sleep. Room however, was very clean.

Northwestern Michigan Graduation

Pros: Coffee in rooms and breakfast downstairs. Great selection including omlets!
Cons: TV menu and remote were sporadic.
Location: It was December, so we were interested in food and drink! Couldn't stay long enough to take advantage of local happenings.
The whole family stayed at the Days Inn to celebrate and attend the December graduation of a family member from Northwestern Michigan University. Centrally located and easy to get to all restaurants and the school.
