good basic place to stay in an excellent locationPosted Feb 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
The building was in traditional styling with rooms around a central courtyard, the cleanliness was good overall (some dust on surfaces and marks on bedding) the staff didn't speak English very well, but were willing to assist as best as they could if needed. the wifi is not available in the rooms (only in ground level seating area) breakfast was good. only a 5min walk from the Jemaa El Fna. Also note there is a 5% charge for credit cards and a local rate of around £1 a night.

Good locaionPosted Jan 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
Staying in a traditional Riad was a good experience although not really suitable for young children as we found out. Location was very good it made travelling, eating and relaxing very easy. The rooms were very clean and the service was very good. A bit disappointed in the breakfast and lack of variety

good but impersonal and easy to forget hotelPosted Aug 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was very close to the central square of Marrakech. The room was quite big and comfortable, clean and decorated as Sahara style house. The breakfast was simple but good. The broblem is that there was no aircondition system and only a fan (ventilator) from the ceiling that should always turn as to have cool air in the room. In fact, in the room it was warmer than outside although the working fan.(It could be better to sleep outside). There was no personal to take care of the clients (I was the only one at this moment). if I wanted anything I should ring the doorbell for somebody to come down from somewhere, open the door and at this moment I would ask him for what I needed.I had the impression of being in a haunted house

Friendly and helpful with great locationPosted Apr 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure the comfort of my stay. It was a little difficult to communicate as they don't speak English and my French is terrible! But through the magic of mime all was ok! The hot water in my room downstairs had a mind of it's own so I opted for baths ever evening instead of showers in the morning and that was fine for me! Great location 5 mins from the Jemma el Fna. It also had a great open fire and very cost sitting area near reception- perfect for relaxing, reading or emailing! A great experience
