Cool sophisticated oasis in the heart of MarrakechPosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: The room was full of character and comfort. The staff were excellent and the location perfect.
Location: Right beside Bahia Palace with a beautiful view from the terrace of nesting storks. All that is to do in Marrakech.
We stayed 8 nights in Dar Les Cigognes for a relaxed honeymoon. Everything about the place was fantastic from the mint tea and biscuits and rose petals on the bed on arrival to the little box of biscuits as a parting gift. All the staff were warm and welcoming which made our trip very special. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We used their sister Riad's pool quite frequently when we were there and were equally well received. It is an excellent spot to explore the wonders of Marrakech.

Pros: service and location
good location near the medina and main square, easy to find, welcoming and good service
Overpriced servicesPosted Oct 4, 2013
Room was nice, but make sure you don't take any services from the hotel - they are poor quality and overpriced. Staff is not very helpful or useful.

A perfect place to stayPosted Sep 5, 2011
If you are looking to stay in a traditional riad with a bit of luxury, this is a great place. Not over the top in any way but perfect when surrounded by the Medina culture. Lovely staff who dealt with the loud pump noise, keeping us up, very professionally!
