comfortable hotelPosted May 10, 2015
Pros: location friendly staff and excellent food also plenty of comfortable sunbeds
Cons: could not get a virgin mojito at 2 o'clock in the afternoon because drinks only served from pool bar and menu was limited inside bar opened at 5
Location: lovely location because it is so peaceful
position of hotel within walking distance of very busy medina making it an excellent location for sightseeing and relaxing. rooms smaller than expected but very clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities. very impressed with beautiful well kept gardens and clean and well maintained public areas.

Site exceptionnel - personnel très aimablePosted May 5, 2015

Very nice hotel, central to most locationsPosted Apr 19, 2015
Pros: Loved the ambiance, location and staff. Lots of things to do within the hotel grounds on days one doesn't want to venture into town.
Cons: Some of the rooms could do with a bit of updating, overall they were quite nice.
Location: The medina (market) just 15 mins walk away which is great. Loads of great restaurants nearby with good food, great atmosphere and good music.
Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The day concierge was out of this world nice, very informative and helpful, the night concierge was probably having a few bad days and not as accommodating.

Nice hotel close to many attractionsPosted Apr 19, 2015
Really nice hotel, good service, would recommend it, however wouldn't say exactly a 5* probably 4* plus. It is in a lovely location close by to many marakech attractions. Do be careful of taxi drivers and horse and carriage rides over charging ridiculously just because they see tourists. All said had a great time.

Very poor staffPosted Apr 12, 2015
Cons: Definitely the staff service. It was terrible. I would never stay here again.
The stay was ok, but upon checking out form the hotel, my friend and I were presented with additional fees that we were told we needed to paid. Since we booked through Expedia, we were only aware of additional nightly fees that had been explicitly stated on our Expedia reservation confirmation. Assuming there wouldn't be a problem, I presented the print-out of the room reservation and explained to the receptionist that we were not aware of having to pay additional check-out fees. The receptionist said that there were other additional fees that must be paid, and that any problems we had with this should be taken up with Expedia, not with the Hotel. I was quite shocked, particularly because of the disregard the reception had for our documentation. I also explained to the receptionist that when we checked in, the gentleman who checked us told us that we would only pay the additional nightly fee (since we had paid in advance) upon check out. We even signed a contract for this (when we asked to see it again she told us that it was confidential!) We asked to speak to the manager, who was extremely aggressive and rude, and yelled in my face. He told us that if we did not pay the fees he would keep our luggage, call the police, and force his employee to pay the fees instead by taking the money out of her paycheck (if we did not). He also threaten to hold us in the hotel so long that it would force us to miss our train. I would NOT recommend. Terrible end to our trip.

Good quiet hotel close to hustle of MarrakechPosted Apr 5, 2015
Pros: Lovely to relax in the gardens/swimming pool before heading in to explore the old town.
Cons: Better shower and updating of the room.
Location: It is walking distance to the old own but more like 15mins at a good pace, rather than the 10mins it says. It is an easy walk though.
The gardens and swimming pools are lovely, breakfast is great and the lunch and dinner options are good but more expensive than eating in the old town. Rooms are very clean, but could do with a bit of an update. Bed comfy, bed linen good quality and shower not very powerful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel organised airport transfers are a bonus.

Cons: An iron and an ironing board in the room or at least available. At present you have to pay for each item.
I had a great stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it.
