“what a dump. awful service. definitely not value for money. do not recommend.”
the service was AWFUL. we were quoted one price for the "buffet snack" - pathetic food but we were hungry. when we went to pay, the price was magically 5 times the quoted price because the guy thought i was asking about how much it cost for mint tea?! we didn't have any mint tea, i didn't ask about mint tea and he watched me ask the price and then help myself to food. he wasn't apologetic for the misunderstanding at all. the breakfast was awful! we couldn't find the open door to the restaurant because all the lights were off at 7:30am (even though breakfast started at 6am). the front reception guy wouldn't look up at me until i had said "pardon" a couple of times. and then he barely answered my breakfast questions. he FAILED to mention that all the hot food starts at 8am and the lights in the dining room get turned on at 8am. so we sat in the dark eating stale croissants wondering how this place could be considered a resort. when checking out i asked the front desk clerk to show us where we were on a map so that we could drive to the train station. she couldn`t. that`s it... no explanation, no Ì`ll get someone to help you, etc. the rooms were old and musty. the walkway was FULL of puddles that weren`t swept away so we got soaking wet feet every time we left the room. our room was REALLY far from everything. enormous disappointment!
“all inclusive”
This is a typical all inclusive. Very quiet during the winter months. It was clean, the grounds are beautiful but it was a relief to check into a Riad in town the following night so as to have a nice quiet place to drink a bottle of wine. The French karaoke and discotheques that take place at the kenzi club are only entertaining for about a minute before it all gets obnoxious.
