“Superb stay”

Excellent and helpful staff, from the cleaners, the porter, the waiters and receptionisst. They all went out to make our stay a first class one. On the first night we found ourselves in a smoker’s room, my wife could not sleep and had a coughing fit. At one o'clock in the morning, I went down to reception and asked to change the room, without any hesitation they did. We given a free birthday cake on my wife's birthday and they even charged my flip, without any fuss. The location is excellent; about 15 minutes walk from the hustle of the souks into a nice peaceful surrounding. I would highly recommend.

“Comfort in Marrakech”

The Kenzi Farah was a very lucky choice for us. We were in Morocco just for the weekend, and had no experience of Marrakech before - so found the hotel to be conveniently situated about equidistant between the old and new towns - about ten miutes walk in either direction. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and quiet. The pool was fine, and we also made use of the spa facilities for a hammam, sauna and a massage, all delivered very competently. A nice way to escape the 104 degree temperatures outside for an hour or two. We ate mostly outside the hotel, but the one light meal we had at the Kenzi was excellent and good value.

“A peaceful oasis in busy Marrakech”

The hotel is in a peaceful residential area, a few minutes walk from a stop for the Red "Hop on Hop Off" bus, and also close to some cafes. The gardens and pool are beautiful, the buffet breakfasts and other meals ample and varied. The traditional Moroccan restaurant has live music until 11:00 PM, or longer if there is a wedding, and this was quite audible in our room. There was some confusion over the opening of the Mediterranean Restaurant, probably because early February is not their top season for guests. The staff did their best to feed us well anyway. We got a very good female guide scheduled by the Front Desk, as well as restaurant reservations. The one odd note was that the insides of the bathroom and water closet were very sloppily painted behind the doors--where only guests would see the inferior work!

“City break but with a pool”

Whilst not 5* as we would expect in UK, this is a very comfortable hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. The arabic and french speaking staff are attentive.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Swimming pool was always clean. Could maybe do with a few more sunbeds at busy times. Staff were very welcoming from beginning to end. Overall we had no complaints about this hotel and we would definitely return and stay there again!

“2nd time I've used this hotel - excellent in every way”

This was the 2nd time my wife and I have used this hotel and I can thoroughly recommend it. The rooms are airy and the air con is quiet. Also the pool is a nice size. We found the staff to be extremely courteous without being over intrusive. Outside the hotel there are 2 types of taxi -- the small ones (not the mercedes) are very reasonably priced and I would suggest you use them for all your evening excursions - at least until you get to know the lay of the land.

“An oasis in Marrakech”

The hotel is arranged around a lovely central garden with outdoor heated pool. The rooms are spacious and decorated to a good standard. The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception rooms, bar and restaurants are all tastefully decorated and the food is to a good standard. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

“Central and local - but a calm haven”

Hotel very welcoming - clean and friendly. Staff most helpful - especially arranged guides to go with us to souks - hotel pool and restaurants very good. Wide range of foods always well served and presented. Moroccan night was good fun - slightly dissappointed with horse show but food and local dancers very good.
