Nice hotel. Not consistent in the staff approach.Posted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: Pool area and massage
Location: Great location.
We enjoyed our stay. Over all staff are approachable, however there is inconsistency in getting what u want. Breakfast worth having but lunch and evening meal was not up to the standard of a five star hotel. We felt the Italian was the best place to eat overall. Drink for all inclusive is local brands which it did not say anywhere in the information shared. This would be ok if the prices of wanting to pay for a brand was not so expensive. Get pool area and sun beds. The spa was again I felt was not five star but the hamman and massage was very good and worth trying.

An oasis of calmPosted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: The location of the hotel just outside Marrakech suited us and was a pleasant contrast to the chaotic atmosphere in the City.
Cons: Some of the detail on the website differed to what was actually on offer. Also the patio door locks on both our rooms were broken and were not fixed.
Location: Just a short taxi ride from Marrakech, most of the facilities are in easy reach. The Atlas mountains about an hour away but worth the trip.
We all felt the Kenzi Menara Palace was one of the most relaxing hotels to spend a few nights. The poolside rooms were spacious and to have adjoining rooms next to our children was an advantage. The large pool was stunning, although a bit chilly and plenty of sunbeds. There were several different restaurants offering varied dining experiences all of high quality. The choice and quality of the food was all to a high standard. Staff too were extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend the hotel, if you enjoy a reasonably quiet, secluded environment.

good set up but not good service or facilitiesPosted Apr 5, 2015
Pros: It does have quite good feel in terms of size and facilities
Cons: Service and maintenance of building.
Location: Location is easy to reach and within 10-20 min of walking distance of couple of decent restaurents and a food court in a shopping centre
We, a family of 4 quite pleased with hotel particularly with size and cleanliness of the room when we first entered it but this is the end of good part. Service is below the expected level even for the price paid, staff could not serve coffee during breakfast despite asking several times though this seems somewhat improved in the remaining days after it was reported with manager Mr Mohammad who seems to have understanding of the problem. One of the panel in the bathroom room fell down when we were sleeping and this was not repaired and few lights went out in the last 2 days of our stay. Room air conditioning was not working in the room and toiletries were not adequately replenished. When using concierge service there doesn't appear to be fixed charging of activities for e.g. for city tour one day he said 40 pounds and next he was charging 50 pounds - when asked he almost minimised the difference which may be true when compared in pounds but it is almost 150 Moroccon Dirhams which is quite a lot. Also when I was exchanging currency cashier always given 10 Dirhams less to the actual amount. Overall totally unreliable staff and service.

great hotelPosted Mar 30, 2015
I had such a great time at the hotel,. We were given tea on arrival. As arrived a few hours before check-in the receptionist was really helpful and said a room was available, the room was really big and very clean. We personally found the staff very helpful, answered any questions we had . Sheriff the concierge was fantastic booked any trips we wanted to do. And recomended a great restaurant. The Hotel it self was very relaxed Food was excellent. We paid A Supplement to be all inclusive for a couple of days Really glad we did, We paid extra at the morrocan restaurant And we both had a really good meal, It's close to the medina & souks but it was nice to be slightly away so you can relax. So it was great if you want to do both. The only minor things we had found was there wasn't any hot water to have a bath. It would be nice to be given slippers. The first day we were given towel on the sun bed but the next day we had to help ourselves. maybe the receptionist should explain hotel facilities on arrival explain about trips I felt like we had to keep asking them about things , I also needed to see a doctor although it said in the book there was one at the hotel the receptionist Said I had to speak to the concierge he did arrange a doctor very quick but ended up costing more than I thought . the service a breakfast was a bit slow with tea & coffees we had to keep asking , but these were very minor things considering the positive things.

Nice hotel...beautiful and good servicePosted Mar 26, 2015
Brilliant hotel..worth upgrading to senior suite. Just don't go for the garden view as it actually has no view. Would go for pool view next time. Food options could be better though and therefore ended up eating out a lot, which meant that all inclusive was a waste of money. Friendly staff and if there were any issues they got resolved. Definitely stay at the hotel again.

Very nice hotel, on the outskirts of MarrakechPosted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: The spaciousness.
Location: edge of town so was necessary to use the complimentary mini bus to town. We al booked trips that included a driver, to Atlas Mountains, brilliant!
On arrival, despite the fact that when booking I had asked for twin beds, we were told they had a nice king size bed for us, we (two ladies who had left their husbands at home!) looked at them in amazement and told them we wanted twin beds, they gave us an upgrade to a pool view room at no extra charge. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The concierge, Cheriff, was very helpful and arranged trips for us. Breakfast had a very large choice and was very good. Of the two outdoor pools the smaller one was the warmer. I had a massage and it was excellent. All in all a very enjoyable stay. We were bed and breakfast only so did not eat in. The free mini bus service to town was very useful
