“Extremely beautiful like you are in another world! However, staffs are rude and unfriendly.”
The hotel is beautiful. With such a busy surrounding one would never expect to find a little piece of heaven like that. However, the staffs are rude and unfriendly. Almost the second we arrived at the hotel, the person working behind the counter was rude to us. Never once did he looked me in the eyes to explain to me that there was no vacancy for me. Even though the staff spoke perfect English but he insisted speaking French to my tour guide and didn't bother to address me at all. Anyhow, at the end I was given the only room left in the establishment but the experience was horrible. Furthermore, while we went up to our room to unload our luggaes, I had some other friends waiting downstairs at the lobby, the same staff literally harrassed my friends for sitting there waiting. It was so unreal and ridiculous that I find the whole experience surreal.
