Right close to the market - great location. The bed needed a new mattress but the room was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. The AC was having trouble keeping up with he 100f temperatures but overall I think anyone would love this great hotel

What a great hotel, we could not fault it! Three excellent restaurants and three lovely pools. What more could you ask for? Excellent location.

In the Medina
Posted Jan 19, 2013
Pros: Pool and outdoor space was very nice.
Cons: Interiors and furnishings needed to be freshened up.
Location: If you want to be in the middle of the Medina steps from the Djemaa el Fna it's a great spot
Nice hotel in the middle of the Medina with great pools and outdoor space, however the interiors could use some updating and freshening up. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for a Spring break in Marrakech
Posted Jan 18, 2013
Pros: Helpful and cheerful staff
Location: Fine for the Medina and most services in the ciy
A good and very central base for a visit to the old city. The hotel has ambiance and character. The main courtyard, pool and surrounds are impressive and well maintained as is the paneled vestibule/reception. The staff are helpful and professional. My wife has mobility problems and many of the staff went out of their way to arrange things and making decisions for us so that we could really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is not new and in places it shows but this was far outweighed by the quality and attitude of the staff who went out of their way to make our stay a success.

Excellent location and good value hotel
Posted Jan 11, 2013
Pros: Various seating and relaxing areas, our slightly tired but lovely room, free wifi, the food, and the staff
Cons: The ants in the batthroom, the poor quality hairdryer and the hotel toiletries
Location: Location is superb. Very central and easy to orientate oneself to Marrakech as a result
We stayed here for 5 nights in a mini suite - unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather so were not able to get the best from the hotels facilities of the heated pool on the roof top and a lovely cold water pool in the ground floor courtyard. But we really liked the hotel. Wonderful breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff, a splendid piano bar in the evenings and all the restaurants were very good indeed. All of this at a very reasonable price. The only two small negatives are that we did share our bathroom with a lot of ants (but I expect that is problematic everywhere in Marrakech) and sadly, as is often the case in most hotels, the hairdryer was useless!

Very comfortable, traditional hotel with spacious and charming rooms. The hotel is in an excellent location, within a very short distance of the main square and the suqs and near many of the main attractions. Breakfasts are sumptuous and varied and served in a pleasant room. Staff are, in general, very helpful. The rooftop pool was warm enough for swiming despite it being early January.

Great location in Marrakech
Posted Jan 21, 2012
Pros: The staff and the spa.
Cons: None
Location: perfect location in the medina next to the souk.
The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Jamaa El Fna, the main square and souk which comes alive at night, and is the perfect launch pad from which to explore and enjoy the city. The hotel is extremely peaceful, and the spa was an utter indulgence with the perfect treatment packages available. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was entirely to our satisfaction.
