Location...Location...Location

Posted May 17, 2015
Pros: Location, Pool, peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, food & drink. 15 mins from the airport and 5 mins from the main square.
Cons: The service around the pool side was slow also the pool attendant could better manage people saving beds but not using them for hours!
Location: Don't get too excited about visiting the advertised landmarks. The main attraction is the main square & the souks. Recommend cocktails at Café Arabe!
If you're looking for tranquil 5* luxury amongst the madness of the Medina then this is the place for you. As soon as you enter the hotel you can't quite believe the transition. Aside from the fab location, the choice of restaurants within the hotel was great, staff friendly and helpful and the room was outstanding and impeccable. If you are looking for a few days away in Marrakech but like me not sure about staying in Riad then this hotel is for you. I particularly enjoyed relaxing and cooling down in the pool after a long, hot day exploring the Medina, Souks and surrounding areas. Recommend you take a carriage ride which was really good value for money. A word of warning, check out on google bartering techniques before you go shopping in the souks, we found that you could negotiate down and pay a 3rd of the starting price. Don't forget you are in a Muslim country in North Africa, be respectful of their culture but not afraid, they are a friendly people and appreciated some banter. Some areas are smelly and dusty but that's to be expected. A place I would definitely recommend is worth a visit :)

hotel is more of a 4 star than a 5 star

Posted May 16, 2015
Pros: pool...
Cons: see above
Location: In Medina...close to the main square...v good location
Hotel has a great location..and the 2 pools are great. There are 3 restaurants. The Indian one was terrible. The Moroccan one was OK..and the Mediterranean one was good and in a beautiful setting. We had issues in that the air con was not very powerful so our room was too hot. Overall i like this place...but there was not much emphasis on customer service which is a key criteria for me

Posted May 5, 2015
Pros: Le cadre

Ottimi servizi in posizione eccezionale

Posted Apr 21, 2015

Nice hotel

Very pleasant hotel, close to the big market square, not far from the Medina. The courtyard view rooms come with a beautiful view of the pool, but also come with excessive noise from dinner music. All in all, very nice

Fedt hotel

Posted Apr 14, 2015

Great Hotel, Great Location!

Posted Apr 7, 2015
Just got back from a four night stay , I was travelling with my partner and our two teenage children and we all had a wonderful time, the hotel is a beautiful oasis right next to the madness of the square! Service was excellent, we only booked standard rooms but was very impressed with those, huge bathroom with separate wet room! Sunbathing by the rooftop pool with a view of the mountains is very hard to beat!! WE WILL BE BACK

An outstanding riad in an ideal location

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Cons: The WiFi conection
This is a very large riad, infact a luxury hotel built on a conglomerate of several riads put together. Our room was fantastic. The only problem was that the Wifi was quite unstable. Otherwise, the hotel, its 3 restaurants and 2 swimming pools are fantastic.
