A nice surprisePosted Nov 10, 2013
Pros: The location and the swimming pool.
Cons: My friend did see a cockroach.
Location: Walking distance to the train station and some beautiful parks. A short taxi or bus ride to the main square and medina.
I booked this hotel for me and 4 friends without reading any of the reviews, We arrived in Marrakech and while eating dinner a friend started to read all of the negative reviews out loud. I became very nervous as I had selected the hotel. I am pleased to say that with one exception we had a different experience than what I had read. The an who greeted us was friendly and welcoming. The facilities are beautiful and clean. It is a big hotel but by no means was it difficult to go from the desk to our rooms or to either of the two entrances. The one regret is that one friend did see a cockroach in his bathroom the second morning. For the price, the location (a 10 minute walk from the train depot), and the hammam and pool, I highly recommend this hotel.

this hotel location in convenient to most places.Posted Jun 24, 2013
Cons: Management stink and the personnel have no experience.
Location: So much to do near by.
The staff are terrible and unfriendly both the reception personnel or the server at the restaurant at the reception they charge me more even do I fully paid the room true Expedia I will ask every one to watch for that the servers at the breakfast time the watch everyone not because they want to help but just watching you we asked for a napkin they broth it at the time i was living and finished and the broth only one napkin i guess you need to bring your own if the personnel will get more professional and really friendly then this hotel will be much better.

Needs Improvement.Posted Oct 6, 2009 on Hotels.com
Good location and very friendly staff. However, the hotel needs improvement. Bed sheets were placed directly on the mattress with no mattress cover which seems very unhygenic. To conserve energy, the lights in the corridors and stairwells went out after a few minutes and had to be switched on. It was not a pleasant experience to exit one's room into a dark corridor and grope for the light switch. They should replace the switches with motion detectors.

Overrall satisfaction with hotel apart form a couple of criticismsPosted Oct 9, 2008
The hotel was very clean and the service excellent. the only 2criticisms would be that if you are at the back of the hotel there are lots of steps going up and down toget to the other side of the hotel which is where the dining room and main reception is. If you have mobility problems, even minor ones, this makes it very difficult to get to breakfast every morning. the second criticism is the brakfast. It consists of Rolls Boiled eggs and pastries. Was bored with it by the 3rd morning.

Hôtel charmant, déco traditionnelle, piscine petite mais agréable. A proximité, petits restos sympas.

Breakfast was dire - greasy plates, dirty linen, lumpy beds and pillows - the name Oudaya 'Oh dire' says it all
