Do not stay there!!!

Dirty room, leaky bathroom, rude staff, bed bugs, asked for one more towel at 10.30 pm, they said they would 'send one up' ... Never arrived that night or in the morning in time for showering prior to heading out to airport. When asked for a receipt the front desk looked at us as if we asked for a platinum ring!!!.

Pretty amenities

Pros: I liked the pool area, the local friendly cat who came to visit me and the location was pretty good.
Cons: Newer mattresses and bedding would improve the look of cleanliness and well being.
This hotel had nice gathering areas for a group including a picturesque pool area with a wall covered with vines where birds flocked to as the sun was setting creating a musical serenade to listen to. It also provided a lovely breakfast and was in a pretty good location - about a 40min walk to the main square along a main road. The room itself was a bit small and had older mattresses with sheets that did not stay on. There was also a strict policy not to bring food or drinks (including water!) into the hotel.

Hôtel sympa, mais peut mieux faire.

L'Oudaya est un petit hôtel plutôt sympathique que je fréquente depuis une vingtaine d'années. L'hôtel est propre, le confort sans prétention; la rue de l'hôtel est peu hospitalière et mériterait d'être, sinon relookée, au moins nettoyée. L'hôtel s'est un peu dégradé avec le temps. Par exemple, les coussins des sièges et fauteuils du hall d'entrée sont sales et raplapla. Il faudrait les changer. Je n'ai pas vraiment de critiques graves à formuler, mais beaucoup de choses devraient être revues: la porte d'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas bien, l'ouverture des portes des chambres est souvent difficile (serrures bloquées), les baignoires sont vétustes et abîmées. La piscine est couverte de feuilles. Les chambres de la partie arrière de l'hôtel sont très bruyantes en raison des moteurs des climatiseurs. J'ai été très étonné de me voir interdire d'entrer dans l'hôtel avec une bouteille d'eau minérale que j'avais achetée en ville, l'après midi, pour me désaltérer. Bien entendu, le personnel reste serviable. Le rapport qualité prix est bon.

Nous rentrons juste d'un séjour de 4 jours.... grosse appréhension suite aux divers commentaires négatif parus sur internet qui c'est très vite dissipée. L'hôtel est parfait pour un 3*. Rien à dire si ce n'est " allez y ! " . Super séjour. Merci Expedia.

Accueil 0 Ils voulaient pas nous laisser la chambre à 6h du matin sous prétexte que sur hotels.com la chambre n'était pas payer, et nous on venait d'atterrir, il était tard et on avait qu'une hâte c'est de rentrer dormir!

Average hotel, a bit rundown, but safe and clean

Oudaya is on a side street near a busy street that is convenient for catching cabs to all the popular tourist places. It isn't within walking distance of the Medina or the popular tourist spots near the Medina, but cabs are cheap. The staff was very helpful, and all spoke surprisingly good English. The hotel itself was probably very nice 20 years ago, but it is a bit rundown now. The size and quality of the rooms varies widely, so be sure to ask to see your room before you agree to staying in it. Room 11 was large, on a nice interior courtyard, and therefore fairly quiet. Room 52 was bad... the curtains blocked the a/c airflow, and if you opened them, you looked out into a small alley where hotel workers smoked on their breaks... allowing them to see right into the room. The pool area was nice, but no pool towels were offered and there weren't enough lounge chairs on a hot day. The breakfast was so-so. It included hard-boiled eggs (not all Moroccan hotels include eggs), but the OJ seemed watered down (many had great fresh-squeezed juice). A tour guide suggested we eat other meals in nearby restaurants instead of in the hotel. The small bar was quiet, definitely not a party spot, but a nice place to get a beer, wine, or hard liquor (all hard to find in Morocco). If you don't use a porter, be prepared to lug your suitcase up and down a few small staircases. There are elevators, but in one wing (Oudaya 2) you have to negotiate stairs to get to them.

Pros: Letti comodi, prima colazione sufficiente, tante aree per gli ospiti
Cons: Manutenzione del bagno in camera: rubinetti rumorosi, doccetta rotta, sanitari in cattivo stato. Gli asciugamani sempre umidi
L'hotel è vicino alla fermata del bus nr. 1 comodo mezzo per arrivare alla Medina con una minima spesa di 4 DH ( poco meno di € 0,35). La struttura dispone di piscina all'aperto che però è sempre all'ombra e quindi poco sfruttabile. Il personale è stato sempre molto disponibile

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è in linea con le condizioni dell'hotel, un aspetto da sottolineare in maniera negativa è la scarsa professionalità di alcune addette alla Reception che continuavano a farsi gli affari loro con poco rispetto per le esigenze del cliente.
