“Not What I expected this time...”
needs lots of maintenance .. no daily cleaning service.. many things dont work .. and for a short stay it doesnt work.. maybe for a very long stay it might.. if you get all your stuff with you
“Good potential but avoid due to poor service!”
The approach to the hotel is through a poor area of the city, not very nice, but it's reality. The hotel itself has great potential but was ruined by lack of cleanliness in the room and very poor customer service. The front office manager Mr. Hemza... 1) Refused to help with taxi prices to the city, in fact tried quite the opposite. 2) Never informed us that there was no daily cleaning service and then wanted to charge $10 for fresh towels! Very poor attitude! The hotel property has a lot of potential with the right management and service but I won't recommend it as is...

everything was fine exept the room cleaninig service was poor so you have to clean yourself better than what they do
“Palmareie village marrakech”
for families the kitchens in the apartments are not well equipped - best that can be cooked is pasta and eggs. also without a car you are very dependant on the hotel's courtesy car which only goes to marrakesh four times a day but for all practical purposes twice a day. the courtesy car goes regularly to the five star related golf palace where there is a good and reasonably priced italian restuarant but beware the morroccan restuarant - its holds itself out as modern interpretation of morrocain cusine but we had way better food in various local resturants at a tenth of the price (no exaggeration) - we were totally spoilt by the opportunity to twice eat in berber homes though. Out of high season there is only one averag eeating option at the palmarei village - apart from this is a magnificent place and the poolstotally wonderful - highly recommended for a relaxing end to a holiday
“very disappointed”
this was the worst hotel experience ever. the service was poor, very improfessional staff. they tried to give me a 2 bedroom apt when I already had booked a 3 bedroom apt. any service they do they ask for a tip and when I give they say it is not enough. very rude treatment. I have booked and payed for 7 nights but I had to leave this hotel after having stayed for only 3 nights. the check out was -with no comparison- the longest in my life, it took me about 90 mins.it took ages for the shuttle to come and pick us up and take us to the lobby. I wouldn'trecomend it to any one.
