hard to find, breakfast not inlcudedPosted Mar 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
I have been to this hotel with a larger group of friends, we rented 3 suits with 3 rooms each. The hotels.com booking says "breakfast included" the hotel blaimed it on hotels.com and charged us for the breakfast. I refused the charges and signed some papers. They charged my backaccount again. I am in contact with hotels.com

We enjoyed our stay at Palmarie Village. The grounds and apartments are lovely and it is in a very quiet location.

Very tired, in need of TLC.Posted Jan 14, 2013
Pros: Very peaceful
Cons: Dark rooms
Location: Out of town, decide what you want before you book. Traffic a nightmare.
The apartment was tired. We moved from the first one as the central heating wasn't working, a must in January. They were both the same, in need of a lot of basic maintenance.Things like re-hanging the curtains, making sure the toilet seats are fixed properly, rug in the lounge needed a good beating. Coffee table in the lounge had a lot of carving which was full of food crumbs etc, really off-putting. Only one bedside lamp in two of the double bedrooms, not enough glasses, no plug in the kitchen sink, dustpan, but no brush. All of this is so easy to put right. The rooms are very dark, even when the blinds are open, not easy to put your make up on!! On the plus side I didn't see one creepy crawly, the beds were comfortable, the TV had lots of channels, if that is your thing. Pool area is nice, although we couldn't find where to get pool towels, so not sure if they were provided, and nowhere to change. Loungers didn't have cushions. Didn't eat in the restaurant. Local shop is in walking distance, but is quite a long way, especially if you plan to purchase a lot. Apartment has fridge/freezer. Sheets/towels changed once if you stay over 4 days (I think), They will clean all rooms but not the kitchen, and you have to provide your own washing up liquid, dishcloths, t-towels etc. Water nice and hot, but will run out if you use too much in a short space of time. I hope management read this and address the issues I have mentioned as it would take much to sort things out.

Horrible experience!!Posted Jan 3, 2013
Pros: Spaciousness outside landscape is b
Cons: Poor customer service- not so clean
Location: Out of the way - far from center of town
Reception never answered our calls to the front desk. Broken coffee maker- which was never repaired or replaced despite reporting it 4 times. Clogged bathroom sink. Two leaks- 1 in kitchen sink and the other in the bathroom- had to walk to reception to report these repairs (which was a 15 minute walk in freezing temps). Feet turned black from the filthy floors, which we also requested to be cleaned- but were not. Was charged for rooms being cleaned and the only cleaning that was done was we got 2 new towels! Hotel is a far from all attractions. Only positive was the spacitiousness. My advice- find somewhere else to stay!!

Marrakech C'est la viePosted Sep 5, 2012
Cons: swimming pool hygiene
Location: generally peaceful and not far from the centre of town but need a cab to get there and back
The apartment was fine but the kitchen facilities were poor. The swimming pools need to be cleaned better and guests should not be allowed to have their dogs in the pool.there were no pool attendants to supervise the behaviour of guests and on many occasions the guests had drinking glasses and bottles in the pool. The cleaners were cleaning the poolside loungers tables and adjoining paved areas with water from the pool which was flushed into the pool! The sunny weather was excellent.
