Great RiadPosted Sep 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed 3 nights in the Chambre la Rose de Sable and have very few complaints. The Riad was exactly as described and pictured. A great stay in a brilliant location. Our only point of concern was with the overly expensive taxi and airport pick-up service advised by staff at the Riad. We were ripped off and paid roughly 3x what we were later advised by a member of staff at a European-style hotel. A bitter end to an otherwise very pleasurable stay! would definitely recommend!

My Best Hotel ExperiencePosted Apr 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
If you get the chance, STAY AT THIS RIAD. I have never had such an incredible experience with customer service. We had a last minute change of plans and needed to book an extra night barely 12 hours before our arrival. No questions were raised and the booking was made. I traveled to Marrakech with 3 of my girlfriends, we are all 20 years old so we were slightly nervous about wandering on our own. The hotel provided us with taxis whenever needed and sometimes even walked us personally to the Medina and other areas in Marrakech. I could not have been happier and the best part of my trip to Morocco is definitely due to Riad de Vinci.

Pros: People there Zizu and Saad
Location: Great 10 min from the square
Absolutely amazing. This Riad made our stay wonderful, both Zizu and Saad were more than helpful. They adviced on where to go and helped us a lot. We had a lovely time and they made it so amazing. I would recommend that Riad to anyone, not only great place but managed by best people who become friends with us. 5 stars and if we ever return we will choose it again

Great Place and StaffPosted Oct 16, 2011 on Hotels.com
We stayed here for approximately 8 days. The staff at the hotel arranged to have us picked up at the airport and transported to the area and met us at the street to guide us to the Riad. It's a bit of a walk to the main areas, and a little confusing, but they provided a map, explained the areas and walked with us to the street the first time. Upon checking in they provided us with some mint tea and cookies which were great. The rooms were comfortable, but I wouldn't suggest you share with someone you're not close to. They're pretty small and the restroom is separated by a wall that doesn't go all the way up so you get to share everything...with little privacy. This wasn't a problem since we already live together but just so people are aware. Otherwise, we both really liked the room and the Riad was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. My partner had his 26th birthday while we were there and they gave us a bottle of wine and some snacks to celebrate. Overall, this Riad is a bit of a walk to the main tourist attractions but within walking distance if you're in shape or not in a hurry. The rooms are clean and wall cared for and the staff is really great. So I would have no problem recommending it to anyone.
