Great Riad! Will use again.Posted Jan 12, 2014
My mate and I thought the Riad was excellent. French owners were very helpful, as were the staff. A really great place to stay in Marrakech.

Beautiful place, fantastic location, amazing staffPosted Sep 17, 2013
Cons: Not a bad word to say!
The Riad is beautiful in a fantastic quiet location and just a brief walk to the main square, the staff were incredibly helpful and the roof beds were perfect after a long hot busy day!

Excellent Service, Personal FeelPosted Feb 5, 2012 on Hotels.com
We stayed for four nights and loved it. Breakfast on the terrace was arranged each morning when we emerged from our room. The staff was amazing and accommodating, it felt as though we were staying at someone's house as opposed to a small boutique hotel. As Americans (though residing in the UK), we sometimes tip where others would not. Small gestures (20DH = £1.60) went a long way. I had a stain on my shirt and not only did they wash it but they also washed the rest of my dirty clothes, ironed and folded them and were quite happy to do so. The proprietors were on site each morning and have done an amazing job with the place. The location is down some winding roads (easy to find your way to the Medina) but because it was not on the square it was VERY quiet at night. Had we been off the Medina I don't know how we would have slept. We checked over 30 reviews before we booked this place ourselves, and the description does not do it justice. Book here, you will be treated like gold!

Riad Douceur Mandarine, a havenPosted Oct 2, 2011 on Hotels.com
I stayed for two nights at the riad douceur mandarine in September of this year. The hotel is run by a very friendly French couple who went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my stay. On both evenings a meal was cooked especially for me on request and I was even able to keep my room up until 4pm on the last day of my stay since that was when I was to be picked up. The location is excellent, within 10min walk of the main square. The hotel has a lovely roof terrace and jacuzzi and air conditioned rooms. Great value for money and a pleasant stay.
