Charming riad in the Marrakech Medina
The riad is amazingly decorated, very colorful and distinguished. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. The hammam and massage were great too. Breakfast was average, could be slightly enhanced. Overall, highly recommended!

Beautiful riad with superb rooms which is very well placed near the walls yet close to the main square. It made accessing most of the sites a real breeze. Very friendly staff and a great included breakfast. Highly recommended!

Amazing Riad at a Great Price
We stayed here for 3 days while in Marrakesh and couldn't have been happier. The hotel is located at the end of a residential street within walking distance to all of the great sites in the Medina. The first impression of the street the hotel is on isn't great, but once you enter the safe and secure Riad, you will be blown away. The wait staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The rooms were wonderfully decorated, clean and very comfortable. It was such a relaxing experience. The rooftop hot tub and terrace was awesome as well. Would definitely recommend this Riad for any future travelers.

Lovely people but Riad not as described
Road good but not as advertised. No fridge. No satellite tv. Climate control not working. Room opening onto patio with people sitting right outside having breakfast. Doorbell continually ringing. Smallest room I have ever stated in. Great people but more 3.5 star than 5star. Would go back to Marrakech but would not stay in the perle room again.

Excellent Riad
This is a beautiful riad. The terrace upstairs is really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great location
A place I would definitely recommend, the location is perfect, quite and at the same time close to everything. The staff very nice and helpful. One thing, I asked for an espresso every morning while having breakfast and I was charged for them at the check out, which is fine, but I wished I was told beforehand. I would stay in this riad again if I return to Marrakesh.

Best riad In town
What a lovely place to stay If you have never been to marrakesh you should book raid flam The hotel manager met us the first morning for a coffee just the two of us and went through the whole of marekesh all the souks gave us detailed maps Routes to and from our riad. We decided to stay in the mountains and the manager took care of all our transport and arrangements even though we where staying in an other hotel. Thank you staff of riad flam :)

Optisch ansprechend, aber Renovierungsstau
Positiv: Schönes Riad, freundliches Personal. Negativ: Teils deutlicher Renovierungsstau (Duschen ohne Flutung des Badezimmers nicht möglich, knallhartes und knarrendes Bett (nichts für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf), extrem hellhörige Räume Das Personal ist freundlich, aber man muss nach allem fragen, sonst passiert nichts: Wlan-Passwort, Getränke, die Milch zum Kaffee, ...im Grunde alles. Wir haben das nicht als positiv empfunden.

Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen
Schönes Riad mitten in der Altstadt. Die kleine Poolanlage auf der Dachteresse ist sehr nett hergerichtet und auch der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend. Allerdings hat jemand während wir in der Stadt Abendessen waren unser Zimmer durchsucht. Der Raum war abgeschlossen und wurde danach auch wieder verschlossen. Es muss durch jemand erfolgt sein, der einen Schlüssel zu den Räumen hat (oder sich einfach an den Schlüsseln bedient, die an der Rezeption abgegeben werden). Wir haben das erst mit Abreise realisiert und im Nachgang beim Management um eine Rückmeldung und Stellungnahme gebeten. Leider haben wir nie wieder etwas vom Management des Riads gehört ... Ich kann daher - obwohl das Riad schön ist - ein Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen.

一点だけ、大きな問題がありました。リヤドの入り口はベルを鳴らして従業員に入れてもらわないと入れない仕組みになっているのですが、夜の八時、遊び終わって入ろうとしたところ、１０分以上、ベルを鳴らしても電話をしても誰も出てこず。暫くしてお客様の一人が気付いたようで空けてくれました。もしかしたら朝まで入れないかもしれない、と言う不安がよぎりました。

Magnifique
Petit coin de paradis, très bien situé, a une rue de l’agitation, 10 mn de la Place jemaa, 3mn du palais Bahia. Le personnel est discret et agréable, le Riad est décoré avec beaucoup de goûts et conforme aux photos. Nous avons testés les massages ainsi que le hammam et cela vaut vraiment le coup. Le petit déjeuner est bien, par contre le repas du soir n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons ce Riad.

Très dèçus !!!!!
Le prix demandé par le riad flam n est absolument pas en rapport aux prestations. En payant 140 euros je m attendais à un riad haut de gamme, nous avons ete acceuilli dans un riad vieillot sans grand charme, chambre désuète, il n y a que la cour interieure qui est mignonne. Le jaccuzzi est juste une grande baignoire sur le toit, il n est pas chauffé et les bulles ne fonctionnaient pas ....

un merveilleux séjour
Emplacement du Riad est idéal, dans une ruelle calme. Personnel accueillant, agréable et compétant. Chambre un peu bruillante car juste une porte à 2m. du lit. Lit et chambre confortable et bien décorée. La cuisinière prépare de bons petits plats typiques. Possibilité de massage très professionnelle.

Une belle expérience
Hôtel situé dans la vieille Médina. Une expérience en soi pour s'y rendre, dans des ruelles traversées autant par les piétons que de nombreux scooters bruyants... Quelques minutes plus tard, le ryad, magnifique et d'un calme total. Un monde dans un autre monde.

Im Herzen der Medina
Man geht durch enge alte Gassen, steht plötzlich vor einem kunstvollen Tor, die Tür geht auf und man befindet sich in einer anderen Welt. Nach freundlicher Begrüssung wird man durch Madame Flam in den Patio geführt, um den herum sich die Zimmer des Riads auf zwei Stockwerken gruppieren. Die Zimmer sind perfekt sauber mit Bad und WC, bemerkenswert die angenehmen und grossen Betten mit den warmen Duvets, die man im marokkanischen Winter gelegentlich brauchen kann. Wir haben auch gelegentlich im Riad zu Abend gegessen und konnten konstatieren, dass wir hier das beste Essen in Marrakesch aufgetischt bekamen, im geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Salon des kleinen Hotels. Bei einem Essen lud uns Frau Flam übrigens spontan in ihre Küche ein, damit wir von der Köchin in die Geheimnisse der Zubereitung einer Poulet-Tajine eingeweiht werden konnten. Dieser sichere Geschmack ist überall spürbar, bis hinauf zur Dachterasse, wo sich neben der Bar auch der Wellness-Bereich befindet, über das Gewirr der Dächer sieht man die schneeweissen Gipfel des Atlas. Bemerkenswert ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals, welches Wünsche umgehend erfüllt.

ayant réservé par internet le Riad Flam est vraiment un havre de paix après avoir déambulé dans les rues et souks de Marrakech. La journée demarre par un petit déjeuner en terrasse et la maitresse du lieu est une personne sachant recevoir ,je vous conseille un massage dune heure au retour d'une journée en montagne c'est un pur délice de détente . N'hesitez pas à diner au Riad cuisine succulante bouquets de roses,chandelles ...nous avons passé moi et mon époux une semaine extraordinaire. Sans oublier le plus un personnel charmant et prévenant le Top pour un voyage à deux. Vraiment à conseiller si on aime le calme le confort et le bon gout.
