Riad Sacr

Very close to the important sights and shuttle from airport was spot on. Great landlady and we ate dinner one night there and it was delicious.

Beautiful riad with a lot of character, located very near the main square so ideal as a base for walking around Marrakesh. We went for the 'red room', one of the cheapest, and it was a bit small and had no natural light but was otherwise fine. The room was a bit noisy as you could hear people talking and watching TV outside, although this noise stopped between about 10.30pm and 7.30am. The staff were very helpful and helped arrange taxis for us; a transfer from the airport was provided, but we were charged 100dh for it (not terrible value). Breakfasts on the pretty roof terrace were extremely pleasant. Good value for money overall.

Riad Sacr is good value and very conveniently located close to the Jama. Once you familiarise yourself to its location you feel more confident about exploring the neighbourhood. The service provided by Mr.Ahmed and his family was excellent. You should dine at least once at this Riad. This was exceptional value and the food and ambience was really good. You just need to inform them in advance to prepare dinner. The airport pick up service provided by Hotel Riad is good as it takes away the worry of finding the Riad. We had some issues regarding availability of hot water but this was quicky resolved. Riad Sacr is really good value. Guest Review - January 2012.

This was my first visit in Morocco and I couldn't have found a better place to stay than the Riad Sacr. Everything was perfect and above all my expectations. Kenza, the owner is absolutely wonderful and was very helpful in telling me how to get around and I appreciated her advices. But more than that, her kindness and generosity made my stay an unforgettable one! It was like staying at a dear friend. Also, thanks to Didier and Ahmed for great conversations, and to Assna for being so dedicated and her great breakfasts! I miss you all and look forward my next visit!! Carole
