Amazing riad and staff.Posted Feb 9, 2014
Location: 5 minute walk from the main square.
Amazing riad with staff who can do enough to make your stay special. We stayed for 4 nights over new year and it was so relaxing. The riad is an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the main square. We slept late on new year eve so we thought we had missed breakfast, but the staff had saved it for us. Amazing. Cant wait to go back.

Super Riad. In great locationPosted Jan 31, 2014
Pros: The hotel is in a great location close to the main square, but not too close. The staff could not have been more helpful.
Location: The location is excellent, with just a five minute walk to the main square which is full of interesting sights from early morning until late evening.
We had a great stay here at Villa Wenge. It's in a great location that gives you easy walking access to the heart if the city. The staff were excellent and did everthing they could to ensure we had a great time. Nothing was too much trouble for them for anything we asked for. Their breakfast was excellent and a great start to the day. Lovely to sit out on the roof either for breakfast or for a nice drink as the sun went down.

Exceed expectation, excellent value for money.Posted Jan 26, 2014
Pros: The roof terrace was a bonus, they were able to serve lunch and dinner, if required, with wine, on the terrace or in the ground floor lounge area.
Cons: For what you pay, this Riad has everything you can expect, it's a five star B and B.
Location: Situated in the heart of Marrakech, within easy walking distance of a wide variety of places of interest and restaurants. ,
The Riad is situated in the heart of Marrakech, within easy walking distance of the Museum s, places of interest, markets and a variety of restaurants. The Riad arranged a half day personal guide for four of us to see the places of interest in the city, great value for money at 15 Euro per person.

Great Hotel!Posted Dec 14, 2013
Stayed here with my partner in December and it was a lovely hotel. Staff were amazing and the room was great. You will need to get the hotel transfer as it is a little hard to find but when you know how to get to the main square then it is easy. Great breakfasts in the morning the the food for lunch was stunning.

Cozy place in the Old MedinaPosted Nov 18, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff, very convenient, clean and beautiful rooms as is the whole building. It is authentic Morrocan place.
Cons: It is good enough as it is.
Location: The museums in the old town are close as well as the spice market, the main souk and the square of the Old Medina.
If you want a western style hotel with a lot of services, this is not your place! This Riad is an authentic, beautifully designed Morrocan building. The staff is very, very friendly, the rooms are cleans well designed and big enough. Those who work there speak good English and are very helpful. We were on the second floor in one of the suites. There's a cable TV with a lot of channels and there's also Wi-Fi access in the first floor of the riad. It is great to have a coffee at the top terrace under the morning sun, which we did. The hotel is good if you want to see authentic old Marrakesh, not the tourist New Medina. The museums, the spice market and many souks are 3-5 minutes walking distance. The Riad Villa Wenge is next to one of the largest souks.

Wonderful RiadPosted Nov 8, 2013
Pros: Central location, quite rooms and how the staff go out of their way to help guests
Cons: Very little
Location: Very central. Down some souk backstreets, but not to difficult to find if you pay attention when you arrive and leave the first few times
If you want to be near the action of the Djemma El Fna then the Riad Villa Wenge is perfect. Easy to find down the backstreets of the souks, a five minute walk from the main square and an oasis of peace in the noise of Marrakesh. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, the room comfortable and clean, while the rood terrace was a great place to relax. Would recommend to anyone, or, as my girlfriend and I said, its a million times better than the Travelodge in Reading

good riad, close to the main actionPosted Nov 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
difficult to find if you are unaccompanied (like may riads in the medina), but friendly staff and a good choice for my family and me for a few days prior to heading into the mountains - it is about 5 - 10 minutes from the main square where all the evening activity is focused in the medina.
