Traditional Moroccan Riad. Right in the heart of the Souks. Staff went over and above to make us feel welcome and relaxed. Organised our trips for us and ensured we enjoyed our stay. Perfect breakfasts on the rooftop. Amazing contrast of the heat and hustle and bustle of the market streets and then the cool and calm behind the thick riad walls. If you looking for an authentic trip you won’t be disappointed.

Check-in was a bit of a challenge as the staff was asleep but partially our fault as we arrived rather late (after midnight). But they were kind enough to get us situated in the room and leave the full check-in process for another day. Unfortunately, they forgot to give us a key to the front door, so we were once again stuck outside the next night also until another guest arrived and let us in. The Rihad was beautiful and had a great common area that wasn't used much and a palatial terrace where breakfast was served. Speaking of breakfast it was delicious and beautifully presented (croissants, Msemen [Moroccan Flatbread], and Khobz) and thankfully some protein (eggs and yogurt, and cheese) to go with all the jams, juice, and carbs. The Rihad is so central, close to the Jemaa el-Fnaa and Bahai Palace, Hamams, and restaurants, while still being quiet. The staff weren't the most helpful as they didn't speak much English but I would still recommend this Riad.

Great location as you are 5 minutes away to the most iconic places of the city. Spent two weeks in this Riad and I felt like hime with Babel, Kamal and the rest of the team. I'll definitely go back there for another sort of working and holiday time.

Central location in the medina
Wonderful location and a very attentive host made our 1 night stay very enjoyable. We were leaving first thing the following morning and we were presented with an early breakfast which was much appreciated. Located centrally in the medina I would happily stay again if in Marrakech.

Lovely little riad, easy to find from the main square / taxi drop off once you have been shown the first time! The decor was beautiful and breakfast on the roof terrace was very much appreciated each morning. The staff also went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay, giving us a map of the area, arranging airport pick up / drop off and helping us to organise trips.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. Kamal and his team were attentive, helpful and very welcoming. From organising a professional transfer from and to the airport to providing a wonderful breakfast and sharing lots of local knowledge, nothing was too much trouble. I stayed three nights with my sister and a friend in a lovely room in this gem of a Riad. Our stay was so relaxing, yet central to all the wonderful sights and sounds of the Medina. We are already discussing a return trip and that's in part due to the hospitality of Riad Zayane Atlas.

Highly recommended Camel Fatima and other stuff make us feel like home Food was stunning Service 24/7 Absolutely stunning service They work so hard and actually lives on tips almost !!! This ppl that you meet on your journey , making life and traveling to be an amazing experience . If you looking for a small family own place to stay in Marrakech in middle of the market then highly recommend to go there !! Be aware of the ppl that want to help you with your bags . It’s close to parking area and you don’t need there help They will be aggressive and will ask for a lot of money with a bad temper !! Enjoy your stay and say hi to camel !!!

Perfect oasis in the Medina
Airport transfer was perfect and easy. The owner was extremely polite and calm. We were invited us to the roof for complimentary tea and met the owner. Room was a good size and the riad area was very beautiful. The free breakfast was great too. Tea and coffee and crepes and fruit. We checked out quite early so the owner prepared some fruit bread yoghurt for us to take. Really chill riad in a great location. I would very much recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful Riad in Medina, good air-conditioning, short walk from parking place(not so difficult to find compare to other Riads), very quiet so you can sleep well in the night and relax in rooftop terrace during the day.Good WiFi.

Una piccola oasi in mezzo a Marrakech! L’ospitalità di Babette è stata super, il riad è molto bello, dal tipico stile marocchino. Pulizia nella camere e nella parti comuni e colazione eccellente!

Bonne adresse pour séjourner à Marrakech
Riad en plein cœur de la médina à proximité de la place Jemaa el-Fna. Les chambres sont propres, dotées de la climatisation et d'une literie confortable. Bon accueil et gentillesse de Babeth et de camel. Bon petit déjeuner...

Very nice stay in the middle of the medina
Very nice stay. The hotel picked us up at the airport and even with a 3 hour delay, there were no problem or extra charges. We also opted for the airport drop-off, which was at 3.30 AM at a very fair price. The riad was beautiful and everything one could hope for. The staff/owners were very helpfull and arranged transport for different outings at very reasonable prices (lower than the one time we tried a normal city taxi) and gave advises in terms of hammam, sightseeing etc. Another plus is, that the rooms have heating to 22 degress, meaning that the nights don't get cold as in other places :) All in all a very nice stay!

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo riad, ambiente molto bello e caratteristico, cmmon colazione in terrazza. Colazione buona e abbondante , frutta, marmellate, miele, pane fresco e tè marocchino . Camera spaziosa con il necessario . Bagno un pó piccolo per una quadrupla. Nel complesso un soggiorno positivo, anche per la vicinanza alla piazza principale. Aspetto da curare un pó di più direi la pulizia e gli asciugamani

Un personnel 5 étoiles
Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et d'une grande gentillesse. Le riad est situé au coeur de la Médina avec ses avantages (proximité des animations, souks, restaurants...) et inconvénient (un peu bruyant le soir). Des excursions sont également proposées par le riad permettant de s'évader de la ville.

The highlight of the stay was the friendly and genuine service of Kamal, as well as the excellent location just off a bustling main street. Plaza Jamaa el Fna was only a short walk down the road and was easy to find. Despite the noise and activity of Marrakech nearby inside the Riad it was serene and a great place to rest. Breakfast on the rooftop was good. The room itself was adequate and we couldn't complain. Interior pool didn't seem particularly inviting, but that was the case in other Riads too.

Una piccola oasi in mezzo alla caotica Marrakech. Il personale sempre disponibile ad ogni ora del giorno ci è stato d'aiuto per orientarci, per qualsiasi tipo di indicazione turistica e ci ha preparato una piccola colazione anche all'alba, prima di partire per un tour nel deserto. La estancia ha sido inmejorable,te reciben con un te a la menta y te ofrecen un plano de la ciudad,están todo el tiempo pendientes de ti ,buena relación calidad precio,el desayuno abundante y variado,y aunque esta cerca de la da la plaza y los zocos es una zona tranquila ,lo recomiendo ,sin duda si vuelvo a marrakech repetiré

In hartje Medina.
Wij zijn tussen Kerst en oud en nieuw geweest. Helaas deed de verwarming het niet ('s avonds koelt het erg af!). Maar het werd opgelost met een kacheltje. De slaapkamer is netjes maar heel klein. Geen tv en de wifi doet het alleen buiten de kamer. De badkamer is sterk aan renovatie toe. Vocht en schimmel vlekken passen goed bij het verouderde sanitair. De altijd lachende eigenaar zegt bijna geen woord. Wij waren afhankelijk van de enige medewerker die zijn best deed. Bij het afrekenen kregen we te horen dat het niet mogelijk was om met de credit card te betalen. Verder ontbijt en een keer gedineerd, best goed.
