I felt like I was in an American Hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. A stuning lobby and pool, room was nice. Breakfast was good but never change during my stay, they should evaluate at least changing a couple of things from day to day. Location was ok, I rather be closer to more attractions but it was manageable.

“value for money”

This 5* hotel is a little dated, but therefore offers fantastic value for money. Our room rate was amazing and we were upgraded to a fantastic suite. Room service was great and very quick. Breakfast was also very good. The pool is lovely BUT loses sun towards the end of the afternoon and the garden backs on to a noisy road (which you cant see, you can just hear). We didn't have our 2 year old with us, but there were families at the hotel as well as couples and the place was big enough for both to be comfortable and cared for. However having sampled some other hotels in Marrakesh for double the price I would definitely go back to this one, purely for the value it represents and its location is great as you can walk around Hivernage or into Jem el Fnaa through lovely gardens

“Good 3.5* Hotel”

Location good, 20min from Jamna El Fna by foot. But actually this is not 5* hotel due to very old renovation works in hotel rooms. Breakfast is near excellent.

No room service I guess!! Asked for a bottle three times and I didn't get it!! Not a great service in general disappointing... Not recommended
