Stunning hotelPosted Nov 19, 2013
We stayed in a mini suite, wonderful room, beautiful architecture, very serene and calm. Free shuttle is great as it's about £10-£15 in a taxi to the medina. Really special place for relaxation and romance.

An oasis of calmPosted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: Very relaxing being away from the medina with an excellent free shuttle service .Just a lovely hotel and would definitely go back .
Cons: To be honest it's only a minor quibble but the only supper I had there was rather ordinary .Pool was freezing and internet a bit slow
Location: Very quiet nice setting
Just a fabulous experience all round . The attention to detail is what makes this hotel rather special .Spotless keen with incredibly helpful staff . Free wireless is nice to have albeit a bit slow .The owner is always keen to listen to guests and is on top of the game ,as reflected by the attitude of all the staff . I really can't speak highly enough about this hotel . We had our own private garden . The hotel arranged a superb guide who we used twice .

Clean, modern hotel, friendly and helpful staffPosted Nov 9, 2013
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms
Cons: More child-friendly menu and cheaper options on food. The shower area in room is not private so not ideal if travelling with a friend. Warmer pool.
Location: 15-20 minute shuttle bus ride to central Marrakech. Nothing nearby although a nice waterpark called Oasiria is only about 5-7 mins drive away.
My sister and I took my 3 children (15, 13 and 10). We had Mini Suite rooms with garden view. Rooms clean, comfortable and spacious. Expedia said that all suites had private pools but it turns out that 'Mini suites' do not. Our rooms were not together which is not ideal when travelling with children. The food in the restaurant was not great for the children and VERY expensive. Two lovely pools side by side but larger pool too cold for swimming in October. The hotel shuttle bus is a good service but it would be better to be closer to town as there were only a limited number of bus runs per day. We booked a return one evening but it turned out the bus was full and we had to wait for another one to come and get us. Not ideal late at night with three children in central Marrakech.

Our second Sirayane experiencePosted Nov 8, 2013
After a fantastic stay in March 2013 our second visit was not a disappointment. It was just as good. An ideal setting for a relaxing stay with easy access to the bustle of Marrakech by means of the free shuttle service. Service at the hotel is excellent and staff lovely. A place that we can fully recommend.

Everything we hoped for and more!Posted Oct 30, 2013
Pros: Personal service, friendly staff, location, decor
Cons: Staff at breakfast. Would have liked a warm greeting in the morning. Also, an offer from the staff to bring tea or coffee would be a nice touch..
Location: Perfect location. Quiet desert surroundings. Medina is 15 min by bus. Shopping
Been to many place over the Middle East and Africa and visiting Marrakech was right up there with the best! What made it a great trip was the Sirayane Hotel as it was an oasis in the desert! I've never felt more welcomed and attended to and every need was met. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful, as if you're asking family to help. Buses back and forth to the Madina were great and very accommodating. And now for the spa: Had the best facial I've had in 15 years, my skin looked amazing afterward and still does! Also had Hammam which was great and all very relaxing in a serene and tranquil spa. The staff in the spa were very friendly and professional in their service. Can't say enough nice things about this resort and I would highly recommend it to anyone who just wants to get away into the beautiful desert, enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, watch beautiful sunsets and just relax.

Relaxing SiriyanePosted Sep 2, 2013
Pros: The food is excellent, staff very attentive and location - only 15 minutes from the centre of Marakesch.Free shuttle bus runs regularly and on time.
Cons: The spa facilities were basic and could be better for the price.
Location: Very central to Marakesch Medina market area- great atmosphere at night time. Recommend excursions to Atlas mountains and Desert - a must see.
We had a great time at the Siriyane and fully recommend if you want a trip that combines a relaxing time at a hotel yet close to the 'buzz of Marakesch' . The owner and staff very attentive to your needs and keen to ensure you are treated with comfort and made special.

Fantastic oasis of calmPosted Aug 10, 2013
Cons: Leaving it behind! Thought the lunch menu could have been more favourably priced, but do accept that it is usual for hotels to charge more.
Location: Beautifully quiet, in the middle of nowhere. It is so easy to get the courtesy bus to the Medina so it works perfectly and gives the perfect balance.
We are a family of 6, with 4 children ranging from 23 to 12 years old.We arrived here hot and dirty after travelling from Spain over 2 days and it was like stepping into an oasis. We couldn't have wished for more in terms of hotel staff, rooms and lay out of the hotel. One minor quibble would be that the men driving the courtesy mini-buses to and from the medina, and our tour guide, were not all of the same excellent standard of the hotel staff.....but that is a small point.
