Proche de tout en plein cœur de l'hivernage

Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: L'esprit familial

Nice simple hotel

Posted May 6, 2015
Good location in between central Marrakech market square (the souks) and Gelisse the posh part. Its about 20 mins walk to the square. It has a small pool a few cardio machines in the gym. Breakfast is traditional continental but very basic. It's opposite Sofitel where you can access their pools and facilities for 300 dh per person. Ideal for young lads but for families with little children/babies I would go elsewhere. Overall value for money it's good.

Amazing hotel in an amazing part of Marrakech.

Posted Apr 15, 2015
this hotel is located in the Mayfair/Chelsea part of Marrakech with easy access to both parts of the city - New town & Old town. The pool area gets really busy with people hunting for sun spots yet it's totally silent whilst crowded.

Ok overall, 3 stars

Pros: The hotel was near everything and maybe the best for the price. Breakfast was great with great cafe lattes etc and I am very picky about breakfasts.
Cons: Get a second person behind the front desk who is friendly and patient and give informed info where to go and which directions with a better map
Location: Read above
Minutes from 3 really great restaurants for bellydancing; Jad Mahal, La Comptoir Darne and the Sofitel Hotel. Very close to 2 bigger supermarkets and Jemaa el Fna Square, Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonalds, the Marrakech train station and THE place to be. The shows are pricey but the show and food are incorporated into the price. Check out Chez Ali for an Arabian nights/horses outdoor indoor show about a half hour out of town..about $120.00 for two adults. If you are an experienced driver, rent a small car at the airport (NOT Thrifty) drive to Erg Chebbi dunes over the Atlas mountains but book a hotel room in Boumalnes Dades (halfway point) and set up a Berber camp overnight with the hotel contact..I recommend Dar Essyaha Hotel in Dades for the beauty, food, the service and the views. There are other cheaper hotels in the area.Doing the2 nights Erg Chebbi camping dunes tour with a driver/shuttle is pricey and you can do it cheaper and with an extra day so you don't rush back too much
