The hotel was pretty good, but all the facilities were close, roof top was close, one swimming pool close, and most important thing DONT ask for an excursion to Lamia.

Greta place to relax after a long tour
a very restful hotel with excellent facilities, 3 very nice pools including one heated which was a huge bonus We had a split level suite which was spacious and comfortable - only complain was that the sink drain was broken - shower excellent and good sized bath Breakfast the best we had in Morocco (18 day trip) The poolside cafe produced the best food in the hotel with the most varied of menus - very charming staff Ford in the international restaurant was of a high standard though teh menu was rather limited and in the 3 nights we stayed the duck was never available - a minor complaint but with a limited menu the restriction on choice of unavailability shouldn't happen in this standard of hotel

A beautiful boutique hotel with a very warm and friendly team of staff. The pool was excellent, the suite is very nice and well appointed - the mattress is very good. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus which is useful as it is 20 minutes from the centre however this is a good thing as staying in a Riad is nice for a few days but if you are wanting proper relaxation away from the busy medina, then staying at this resort is perfect.

Beautiful Place to Rest
From a wonderful welcome, delicious tea, great dinner and peaceful place to rest. This hotel has everything you need for a weekend or a whole week. Customer service is excellent and they speak multiple languages. I absolutely recommend this place.

Everything is 1st class. It is an oasis not a resort. Wonderful hospitality and very friendly, attentive staff. Mimi the cat lept us company with her young kitten.. beautiful pools, tranquil gardens and so much birdsong we felt as if we were in a nature reserve. Stayed in a villa with its own pool which was very special. What could be improved? The toiletries are not great and decaf seems to be hard to get. Thats it though. Treat yourselves, this place is a hidden gem.

The staff at tigmiza were amazing and the service was really fabulous. Great food and a relaxed friendly atmosphere. They also made an extra effort to make my husband’s birthday really special. The pools are great but the gym really isn’t a gym it’s a room with just a few pieces of equipment so don’t have any expectations around that. Otherwise fabulous and would whole heartedly recommend.

Slow service, not so heated swimming pool
Even with few guests, the service is often very slow. The heated swimming pool is not so warm. Le Zen suite is smelling bad and I found a big spider inside. Fitness center includes just 3 machines. I appreciated the Cinema service.

Staff n service below par...didn’t understand basic English, something that should be highlighted... DO NOT book tours through the hotel concierge unless you want to be ripped. Lamiya - the woman at concierge desk was only interested in selling excursion that was double the rate offered by outside agencies but didn’t cover even the basic features described for the excursion.

Tigmiza was a wonderful experience. A beautiful, clean, resort. We stayed in a villa and it was more than enough room for a sisters holiday trip. Service was incredible, prompt, and, friendly. The spa was amazing I will definitely be back.No complaints at all from a picky traveler :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tigmiza suites. The suites are themed and the decoration is very well thought out. Our room was upgraded on arrival which set the tone for the holiday. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our week holiday. The location is only 15/20 minutes to the Medina by Taxi or the complimentary shuttle. So you can enjoy the tranquillity of the hotel then discover the city. I would recommend this hotel and will be looking to return in the near future.

Booked for 7 nights, only stayed for 3!
Cats, cats & more cats! They tried to get into our room, were by our pool, on the restaurant terrace & the tables, inside the restaurant, jumping up at you for food and even coming out of the door where the waiters come from the kitchen (although we were told the kitchen itself is downstairs),. They know there is a problem but do not seem to know what to do about it. It is thoroughly unhygienic. We were told by a receptionists that many people had complained but that nothing was being done. My partner has recently had surgery on her leg and was very worried about being scratched and getting an infection, so we asked to be moved to another hotel. To be fair, this was accomplished within a couple of hours. To review our short stay, the hotel is supposed to be 5* and initial impressions were good. We had booked a pavillon but were given a 2 storey villa with pool. Lots of room, 2 bathrooms, big lounge/dining room, own pool & small (totally unkempt) garden. Bedroom had lots of storage, comfy bed and balcony. Apart from the main door, it was very difficult to open any other outside door as they scraped across the floor and none opened totally. Room was serviced after 3pm daily. Minibar never restocked. Breakfast was adequate. Lunch & dinner menus limited and not awfully good. The grounds generally were scruffy & the grass around our villa's pool was 6 inched long. Much more like a 3* than 5*. I would never stay here again even if it was free.

Amazing time
Me and my partner stayed at Tigmiza for 4 nights. We were upgraded to a villa which was amazing, we loved the pool especially. Staff were very helpful. Not close to town but the location was great, not to far about 150dh to town. Only downfall was breakfast, not much of an option. Either way we loved the Tigmiza and would recommend it!!!!
