Air -conditioner did not work thus room became extremely hot. Little or nothing was done to resolve the problem.Kid's bed frame was broken. Frigobar did not work. Have been in several other Novotel's but this was below my expectation. Hotel is advertised as being in Marseille but in reality it is far away in a neighboring town known as La Valentine. Without a car and with kids this can be a nightmare as public transport is almost inexistent. Nearest train station was La Penne Sur Heauvanne and it took ages to get to. Only great thing was the swimming pool and the restaurant. Restaurant service was fantastic with great meals.

Pros: Price
Cons: Hotel Guests, room status
Location: Very good, close to Saint Exupery airport
Not very well maintained if compared to others Première Classe. The sink did not drain properly.

We needed a location near the airport and unfortunatly setteled for this hotel. It was reasonably quiet and the room ok but the food service was the worst in France. I would not stay at this hotel again.
