Pleasant for stopover

Cons: Carpet iin our room looked a bit tired.
Nice atmosphere in hotel, in walking distance to airport (took our chances on main road as the hotel was visible but there is a path across the car park). Food in restaurant excellent, had a "starter" buffet for 20 Euros which was more than generous as a main meal. Pleasant walking / jogging route around small nature reserve on doorstep of hotel.

Great Hotel near Marseille Arrivals Gate

Within walking distance of the airport departures lounge. Hotel staff are bilingual and go out of their way to make your stay as perfect as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. Room standard was excellent with every facility a seasoned traveller would require. 5 star rating from me!

Awful experience. Air conditioning in rooms was broken. The carpet in the hallways was filthy, debris on floor. Water damage.

I am sorry that it did not meet your expectations; allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We actually encountered an air-conditioning failure in some rooms and this must have caused a leakage. Please note that this problem was a true exception to our normal practices. Rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address it. All efforts from our technic manager and his team are concentrated in preventing future occurences. I have no clue regarding the corridor, but if you accept to contact Laure, our guest experience manager, to discuss in more details with her, it would allow us to sort it out, and overall to compensate you for these inconvenients. Good, clean, comfortable and close to airport!

Very good hotel almost within walking distance to the airport! Comfortable and clean. Bed very comfortable! There is a restaurant available. The rooms could use recarpeting but all in all, wonderful airport hotel location.

How an airport hotel should be

I last stayed here in April 2010, and was unimpressed, and usually stay at the Novotel, or sometimes the Best Western (becuase I can walk), when I need to stay at Marseille-Provence Airport. This time was different. My reception at check in was warm, the room was warm, the restaurant a bit less so--but very comfortable. It's a good hotel, sure, it's a Pullman. But it put me at ease in a way that is rare in big hotels, and I can heartily recomment it.

Great access to the airport. Not so good if you want to have dinner in Marseilles. Cab ride is 60 euro to the port. Trains stop running sometime before 2300 meaning another 60euro cab ride.

A good night's sleep prior to early morning flight

Pleasant airport hotel. Only problem room too warm for sleeping under the lovely duvet. Thermostat would not lower the temp sufficiently.
