Good place to stay.

Room was ready, staff nice, food adequate for quick morning bite.

This is a budget type hotel, so don't expect any extra's. The place was clean and the staff very friendly.

“Nice Place”

Don't let the name fool you. This is a motor lodge type property. It is a very clean comfortable place for the price but nothing fancy.

“Perfect budget hotel”

This was what you'd expect from a Days Inn- quiet, clean and decently comfortable. The staff were really friendly- probably the Iowa hospitality. I would reccommend it for anyone who wants to travel on a budget.

“Not Impressed”

Bed was not comfortable, husband couldn't sleep. Too many noises. Shower would get hot and then cold, not much pressure. Hotel clerk/owner clearly scorned us for not booking directly through him, that he can't make any changes to our accomodations because we booked through Expedia which is a great service and easy for me to get rooms. I won't book through hotel directly.

“Adequate Stay along the Highway”

This hotel was adequate for an overnight stay along the road. It was older and a bit run down, but pretty clean and convenient to the interstate.

“Convenient to major Interstate”

This hotel was nothing fancy and not all that clean but I chose it for location as it worked well on our trip.

“Clean & quiet but no frills & pretty basic ...”

Hotel appears to be family owned (or family run) at this writing [summer '09] and the service was quite good though I didn't require much at all. The facility was quite basic with smaller rooms and little in the was of extras or frills. Quite clean except for traces of mold/scum on the edge of the shower curtain. I'd give it two stars but no more.
