“Not impressed”
The room was damp. Even the carpet felt damp. No matter what we did with the air conditioning or heat we couldn't get the dampness out of the air. The shower was very moldy. The toilet only flushed if you held the handle down the entire time it was flushing otherwise it stopped. The bushes outside were weedy. The pool/hot tub were nice. The location was great. Anything you needed was close enough you could walk to it. Not impressed and cannot believe how much I had to pay for a poor quality room. I will not be back and have let my friends know not to select that hotel.
“It's a bed....”
Basically, a place to rest your head for the night. Stayed here because of a wedding reception. Old and worn hotel, old fictures in both room and bathroom. Returned back to room Staurday night; found people drinking in the parking lot (next morning beer cans and bottles on inside window sills inside hotel). I'd highly recommend another hotel.

“Bad Customer Service, Services Advertised not Available”
AFTER I had checked into the hotel, I was informed that the internet service wasn't working, and wouldn't be during my stay. When asked what the alternatives were, thinking I could be rebooked into a full-service hotel, I was flippantly told by the staff that I could go "down the street to a local coffee shop" if I needed internet access. Additionally, this hotel remarkably has not elevator--lug your belongings up the one flight of stairs to the second floor. When questioned about a first floor room, I was informed this was the only one they had available to me. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on customer service. The staff was not at all helpful, and although the room was typical of this chain, the service clearly was not. Not again.
