“Great Value, Attentive Service, Superb location”

The place is centrally located in Edgartown within walking distance of the Courthouse, fine restaurants, and the wharf. The accommodations are spacious, clean, and ample with both a refrigerator and microwave. The personnel were warm, attentive, and always ready to answer a question or make a recommendation. While our stay was short, we would hesitate to stay there again.

Enjoyable 3 day stay. Exterior needs some upgrade. The operators were friendly, courteous and attentive. Room was comfortable and clean. Older TV, but OK. I would stay again.

“a gem in the center of town!”

clean and comfortable,within alkiing distance of all of edgartown's shops and great restaurants - important since parking is at a premium all the time.... the only fault i found was that there was no full length mirror in the unit and as i was there for a wedding, it would have been helpful to know my outfit was good.... would stay there again as i liked the fridge in the room for snacks and drinks...

Staff were friendly, room was very clean, bathroom wasn't creepy. Walk out the door, and you are right in the center of Edgartown. Definitely recommend it.

“Excellent Value”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. The hotel, although not modern, is well maintained and clean. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Contrary to other posters, we didn't find the bus noise to be a problem. You do occasionally hear footsteps of the upstairs neighbors, but that is minor. As mentioned by others, the location is fabulous, within walking distance of everything in Edgartown and convenient to public transportation to the rest of the island. I feel that the Lodge offers definite value for the money. I intend to stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone.

“Charming & perfectly located!”

We only needed a place to stay for one night...and most of the hotels/inns were already booked. We were a little nervous because this hotel was far cheaper than most of the others, but we honestly didn't have much choice. We were very pleasantly surprised. It was perfect! Clean, comfortable, charming...and exceptionally located!

“Huge rooms - in center of town and transportation.”

Perfect - huge rooms - amazingly comfortable beds. It had it all - plus the charm and super ideal location - next to town center, and transportation! We were 10 minutes from beach, marina, light house, cafes, best 2 restaurants in town, and next to all buses and tour stops. Amazing location, super comfy bed, great staff and again - the magic charm left nothing to be wanted after staying at the Edgartown Lodge. Highly recommend.

“No pampering but still great”

Know we were there after a busy summer for a new owner.We stayed two nights. All we got was clean towels after first night. Beds not made no cleaning, locked office . The location is great as is the parking and price.Service is bare boned. Would stay there again.
