“ANTS!!! Stayed on the 2nd floor with my family and my baby had ants on her in her pack and play!”
When we came in the room seemed ok but the beds were awfully hard. We got 2 pizzas that night and left them on the dresser next to the tv. The next morning. my baby, who was her pack and play next to the dresser had an ant on her. I looked at the dresser and the whole dresser was literally covered in them. I opened the box and even mores all over the pizza. I went to tell the front desk and asked if they could do anything and she said no. It was still early and we had to pack up and get our other 2 kids ready. She came in and put the box in a bag butshe wouldn't take the oter trash which had food and ants in it. She said it wasn't her job. Call me crazy but isn't t her job to help and satisfy the customer??? She even said we brought them in from the pizza box. I am sure I would have realized if we were eating ant covered pizza. When we stay at hotels we have always left the food out and waited until morning to clean it or finish it and never had prob;ems like this. This shows that tey obviously only surface clean. Would it kill them to thorough;y clean the room? I hope they get that whole hotel sprayed.

Management was very respectful and helpful. Room was clean and staff was excellent too. Food was OK .
“not a very nice place to stay-would not recommend”
I pay the extra for a pool side room and it was a terrible spot, the room smell awfull and the ac was not good at all. the linens on the bed had small burn holes in them. not enough toilet items for washing and washing of your hair. The food in the breakfast was also not very good.
“You get what you pay for. If you don't want to pay much, don't complain much.”

“Good for the Money”
This hotel is good for the money. It is a great place to stay and rest a weary body, but I would choose it over the hampton :) The service was very good and breakfast was just o.k. nothing amazing.

Not 5 star by no means but neither was the price. Looks like some renovation was going on.....I think this will help.
