This hotel is very well located and looks out on the beautiful tree lined Dorset Square. Felt a nice safe part of the city with good transport. staff very welcoming. As the original Lords Cricket ground was Dorset Square itself the hotel has some cricket themes in its decoration. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very clean. We would go back readily

We had a wonderful time at this hotel staff was amazing very helpful friendly trying to make your experience above and beyond what a normal hotel would do. We loved all the personal attention that was given to each and every morning and throughout the day we would definitely go back ans stay there again.

We wanted something that wasn't a big chain hotel but a little more than a B&B and The Sumner was perfect. The location was well situated for anything you wanted to do and from the time we arrived to the time we left we felt like we were at home. Being able to sit and have a tea in a proper living room setting without the hustle and bustle of a restaurant was perfect. The breakfast team made certain you never left hungry. We plan on staying there again on our next visit.

Our stay at the Marylebone was wonderful. It felt out of the way of the city but was actually at the center of the city and quite close to everything including good restaurants and pubs. As prices go in London, it was reasonable. There are more reasonable places to eat meals, but I stay at a hotel for convenience and comfort and the Marylebone has both. The staff was especially friendly and helpful and when there was a conflict (which I am assuming has been resolved) between what Expedia quoted for transportation to the airport and the actual price, they decided to honor the Expedia price because they wanted us to be entirely happy - I think that was a special thing to do. When I am back in London, I will be staying at the Marylebone!

Conveniently located across the street from the Marylebone train station, this hotel was a delightful experience from the moment we were dropped off by our airport taxi, till the moment we left. The staff was attentive and extremely professional, the service superb. Our room was spacious, lovely, and clean, and the facilities were gorgeous. Hotel restaurants were excellent as well, with flexibility for different types of meals- full dinner, afternoon snack, late night dining. We were in town for a 5 day vacation, our first time in London. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended, no downside!

Lovely location. Walkable to numerous great spots for strolling, shopping, eating, touring. Superb staff - very helpful and courteous while also warm and friendly. Beautiful hotel. Many say that hotel rooms in the UK are notoriously small, but I found the basic room at The Churchill to be rather roomy and quite comfortable.

The location of this hotel was the main reason we chose it and it filled our needs. The staff are very pleasant and helpful but we didn't like being charged a 3% service charge on everything we ordered / bought. Although the service charge was optional it was left to the customer to say they didn't want to pay it which is embarrassing.

The staff was wonderful very helpful and accommodating.
Our room a one bed suite was good size and quite. There was three of us in the suite myself, wife, and teenage daughter. I wouldn't have more than three people in a one bed room suite. The hotel overall needs a refresh furnishings are worn and paint and wallpaper shows signs of wear and tear. Bathrooms were good size, clean, and had plenty of hot water. Overall we were pleased and once they update the furnishings it will be a true 4 Star hotel.
