Nice hotel just not what I'm used toPosted Jun 21, 2015
The hotel was cute the room was a decent not up to date and modernized. They messed up my reservation and instead of the king size bed I requested they gave me a room with 2 double beds for a producers suite it had an old fashioned bath tub nothing fancy the indoor pool was nice although it was supposed to be heated it was not warm at all the fitness room was rather small. I had to have my key card replaced 3 separate times during my 2 day stay because they would not work. Good thing I brought my own toiletries because theirs were smaller then most hotels

so soPosted Apr 30, 2015
Walls are paper thin floors creak and the shuttle run by every room all night long. Way to loud should just do pick ups at the front after 11pm

A great place for a reasonable price!Posted Apr 27, 2015 on Hotels
The door to door shuttle with the casino is fabulous. Went for a couples weekend. Enjoyed the hotel bar for a drink before our show and the shuttle was always on time and quick.

Good but could be betterPosted Apr 16, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed here 2 years ago and didn't have any problems. This time, although it was remodeled and looked very nice, it was less enjoyable. The walls are paper thin and the people in the room next to us had the TV on very loud from when we checked in at 3pm to about 2 in the morning. Wish we had a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We enjoyed the restaurant, they are super friendly in there. The convenience to Foxwoods is very nice. I will say the entrances/exits and parking is a little confusing and not the best layout.

The Manager on duty March28thPosted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: All the staff were great....
Cons: They room we stayed in needs a new bathroom sink..............
Location: Foxwoods was great!!!!!!
Friday the 27th of March was Our 50th Anniversary and we had a great day, until we went to bed about 10pm.There was so much noise in the rooms above us ,yelling ,screaming running the halls and it lasted until4am in the morning on and off thru the night. We were awaken10 or more times at least. When I checked out at the counter on Saturday Morning I asked the associate about checking out and also told her are problem during the night. She told me she would get the Manager.Well the manager never came out to talk to me.The girl came out and told us the Manager would give us a $50.00 food credit to a restaurant of our choice.I told her we were leavingthe area and going somewhere else. The thing that bothers me is the Manager did not come out to even say he was sorry we had such a bad night. It was not a good way to for us to end our anniversary. All he had to do was come out and talk to me.They must not have security at night there???If they did they would have heard it.Not happy with the way THE MANAGER HANDLETHIS.......
