While this is certainly not a luxury hotel, my room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the ownership was very pleasant. I slept great.Simple place but great value.

Beware the bed base if it, like in room 13, extends around 6" beyond the bed, revealing a hard timber edge which left me in need of a bandaid ! A tired place, I will not return.

Perfect Place to stay near Falmouth

The Santuit Inn was beautiful and well kept. The staff were more than accommodating and consistently provided great customer service. The location is perfect, so easy to get to off of the highway and just a few moments from Falmouth and Woods Hole for shopping, dining and a day at the beach. We traveled to the Cape for a family event with over a dozen people staying at different places and we are so glad we had a room at the Santuit Inn as others did not have as great of an experience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone I know traveling to the cape.

I asked Brian about the shops in the area known as the Commons. I specifically asked him if they shops were locals compared to Falmouth.He assured me the shopping was unique. I discovered the shops were the same franchises back home. Furthermore, our beds only contained a mattress and no box spring. I felt like I slept on a board. Also, the noise level from the cars on the road was extreme as there was a crack between the door frame and the door. So the next day we packed up and left for Hyannis. Although I forfeited the room cost I paid for the next 2 nights, we enjoyed our remaining time spent on the Cape. I am also disappointed with Hotels, com. Apparently, my representative that sold me the rooms didn't listen to our needs.

This motel doesn't have anything fancy, but is centrally located in Cape Cod. The motel is very unique as it is a boutique motel. The rooms were well maintained and were cleaned and restocked daily. They make a fresh batch of coffee daily and have a common kitchen for long term guests. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

I was extremely happy with this inn. I was worried about it being loud but once we were inside the room the noise was extinguished. The room was clean and the decor was really nice, i would definitely go here again!

Overall Not Bad - But Hotel Staff Unavailable

The room was right next to the administrative office and all night long I could hear the staff (what I can only explain as playing tennis) through the wall. The furniture was surprisingly beautiful dark wood and the beds and pillows were comfortable. My only two gripes were the tennis playing through the wall and the fact that there is no one there in the morning. The checkout process was unique... since no one was there in the morning, you are instructed to lock your key in the room. PS - Good luck getting a receipt.
