simple & clean lodging with enough space for 5-6 people. interior and furniture could be updated but the property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was accommodating with any requests made, including a late check-out.

The property layout was strange. Unit space was good. We were very disappointed with the pool as it closed at 445pm. Had I know I would have booked elsewhere. Then the jacuzzi tub in the suite turned the water black. When I told the manager they didn’t seem to care much. I won’t stay again.

Spacious, two story condo unit. It's decor is best described as bland. It's worn and dated. And, it was peaceful and comfortable. It's value priced property on Cape Cod.

Nice condo development near wooded area. Tennis and swimming available. Everything needed in the kitchen including dishwasher. Our unit had a washer and dryer which was an added touch.

Awesome, minor issues, will return!
The stay was great, the property was a little outdated but it was still very roomy. The couch pull out was very uncomfortable, the springs were stabbing us. The hotib was awesome , kitchen very equipped. Lighting was nice. Having a basketball hoop was nice, too bad it doesnt have its own court though. Indoor pool was nice.lady at the desk was a peach. Paid great price in the off season.

Raccoon in attic
There was a raccoon living in the attic , it was running around at 3am above the ceiling keeping my family awake at night

It was very difficult to get through to anyone at the front desk. Also, some units are not readily accessible to handicapped individuals.

Buildings are dated, our condo was somewhat clean. Needed to clean out showers and we found a mouse on our last day. Pool is nice and staff was friendly. Upstairs bedrooms get hot while downstairs is very cold.

The property was clean and would have been great for a longer stay and more people. I was just one person with three beds and three baths and a big livingroom and kitchen.

Sweet retreat
The townhouse was amazingly beautiful. It was spacious, clean, well decorated, and comfy. The jacuzzi tub was a fun added bonus. The outside is just as pretty, with nice landscaping in the front and a deck and grill out back. There are things to do in the area and Mashapee is a cute little town. I would definitely come again

We arrived to the property and the toilet bowl in the Main hallway was filty and the toilet in the Master bedroom would not flush. We call maintenance and was told that someone would be over. No one came.

No sleep here!
Beds were horrible! Furniture was uncomfortable. Desk clerk said it was too early to check out and the office doors should have been locked and couldnt help us. We left keys on counter and left.

Overall Happy, Will Return
We survived a huge wind storm without losing power, which was a huge win. The fireplaces are nice until someone in another unit starts a fire without opening the flue and sets off not only their smoke detector but the fire alarms on the outside of the building. Great value -- large unit, with full kitchen, for very reasonable rate. Convenient to a lot of attractions, restaurants, shopping.

An OK place to stay for a couple nights
This is a nice place, don’t get me wrong but the rooms are dated and none of the beds are comfortable. The sofa bed mattress is probably original as it was torn, stained and nearly painful to sleep on. But the area is perfect, the people are friendly, the pool is warm and you are close to everything

Could tell Resort was old. Unit was clean but could use some updating. Master bathroom had an old time jacuzzi with a very small shower Ceiling fan in master bedroom wouldn't stay on, needs new switch. Front desk people were very friendly.

Pros: Good sleeping arrangements for multiple family groups 2 bathrooms Living area is relatively nice/ updated Beds and pillows are reasonably comfortable Toiletries are high quality Reasonably clean (except the shower doors and curtains) Cons: Bathrooms, esp. the showers, are hideous and very outdated The bedspreads are in the style of 40+ years ago and really ruin the impression of the bedrooms. All it would take is an updated bedspread to make a huge improvement on the beds.

The three-bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable and the front desk personnel welcoming and pleasant. While generally clean, the unit is in need of updating, especially on the exterior trim, doors, and bathrooms, where chipped paint and damage is evident. The outdoor pool is small but nice, with ample chairs and shaded areas. Tennis is available as well as a small playground. Great location--convenient to shops and good eating options. Price was very reasonable for the space you get.

Quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay. Easy access to restaurants, shops and beach. Have stayed at this resort on many occasions and have never been dissatisfied. Would recommend for a lengthy vacation or just a nice short get-a-way.

Good place for a quick family getaway. Location is perfect, staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A bit outdated and the sofa was very uncomfortable, but overall great place and good value. Will most likely revisit.
