Ann- I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay at our facility. I do show that we had you in a room with 2 queen sized beds, which is the room type that you booked. Unfortunately, all of our rooms with 2 queen beds are the same size. We do have constant hot water available in a filtered machine in our breakfast area. This is available 24 hours. If you ever need any assistance, please contact the front desk and we would be happy to help.
