One night Stay

Posted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: Big balcony with sea view. Access to the sea and good food.
Cons: The tables in the main restaurant need to be changed. They were bronken but covered with a table cloth so sins were not visible.
Location: Location is in a tourisitic area. ATM facilities are non-existent.
We only styed for one night. The room was great with a big balcony and sea view. The area surrounding this hotel is basic and bare and has no ATM facilities which could be a problem if you need cash. Overall it is a good hotel but I cannot be too specific since my stay was very short.

Elegant boutique hotel right on a rocky beach

Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: proximity to the beach and large glass windows to protect from the wind
Cons: There should be notification that there is a .2 Euro/minute charge for local calls. I called a friend in Athens and was shocked to get a 50 Euro bill
We were delighted with this hotel that is on a rough and rocky shore. We wanted a hotel on the sea on a one night stopover and this hotel was perfect. Lovely pool and gardens. Food is good and plentiful. Rubber water shoes recommended to protect from the rocks and sea urchins if you want to swim in the sea and many people do. Downside - distance from international airport. We got ripped off by the taxi driver from the airport who charged 53 Euros by the meter. The cab on the way back cost 35 Euro flat rate.

Hotel is clean and comfortable

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: It is 20 minutes from the airport which was our primary reason for booking rooms there.
Cons: It is pricey for what you are getting, but you do get a good, clean room and nice views of the oceanfront.
The hotel was difficult to find because of the fact that it is on a street that has a very common name. However, a call to the hotel got us pointed in the right direction and we had no problems after that. The rooms are a good size and they do they a pool and restaurant on site. There are not that many dining options within walking distance but a quick car or taxi ride will get you to lots of local places.

OK hotel, but outside of Athens and no real beach

Posted May 12, 2014
Pros: -restaurant food was good, lots of variety -seeview was nice -I haven't tried the spa/swimming pools but they did look nice
Cons: -information about the hotel/facilities in every room (I had to ask everything) -watercooker/tea/teacups in the room, esp. nice for longer stays
Location: -55 km out of Athens: 3/4 hour driving and around 40 Euro -little to do off-season: 2-3 restaurants/cafes and supermarket at 2 min walking distance
The hotel was ok, although nothing really special. Seaview was indeed nice. I had hoped to walk along the beach, but there is no real beach, rather rocks. Since it was off-season, only 2 or 3 cafes/restaurants were open, at walking distance. Small supermarket at 2 min. walking distance was nice. The hotel is a 1/2 hour drive from the airport. It's about 3/4 hour drive from Athens, around 55 km, which costs around 35-40 Euro to get to. This was more than I had expected and was a bit a waste of time. Staff was friendly. No information in the room, which could be improved. No water cooker/tea cups etc in the room, which would have been nice. The food in the restaurant was very good, lots of choice and personnel was friendly.

Cozy hotel in a great location

Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: Great breakfast, clean rooms, great view.
Cons: Nicer towels. :-)
Location: This is a summer spot for Athenians, so it has all the summer amenities (shopping, swimming, restaurants, etc.).
Very clean and cozy hotel with a great view of the water. It is a little farther from the airport than we had thought it would be (it is listed as an airport hotel, but it was nearly a half hour away). Front desk was nice, breakfast was excellent and the view was spectacular.

Clean and comfortable.

Pros: nice rooms close to a great Pizza and gelato place
Cons: more lenient on swim times for kids.
Nice Hotel, Stayed one night for early flight back to US. thought the spa would be fun but turned out to be not kid friendly even though my boys are 17 and 14 years old. Only allowed spa use for boys from 12-2. couldn't turn on more than one jet and had to stay at the jet untill it was done. Funny reminded of us of the soup nazi on seinfeild. The lady at the spa was very strick and reminded us of the rules continuusly. Was not critical to the adults. Couldn't even use the gym after 2 with the boys even though my older son is 6'2" and 180 and lifts constantly for sports.

Overall good. Minor niggles spoiled things.

+ves: Nice room inside. Reasonable breakfast choice. Great location right on coast. -ves: Rooms at the end of the corridor overlook delivery entrance. Woken very early on Sunday morning by delivery/collection that took ages. Beware families: the outside pool was shut and the indoor pool is for adults only. Drivers beware: It took us three hours to get there from the Airport (40minute drive away) as the car hire guy helpfully programmed the Sat Nav with the wrong Leo. Poseidonos (there's one in every town on the coast!)

Nice for the price.

It shouldn't claim it is close to the airport. The taxi ride was the same amount as if we were right next to the Acropolis.
