Walls are paper thin

Posted May 24, 2015
Pros: close to beach, price ok
Cons: sound proof the rooms
Location: Maui beach
AC is noisy But the noise from next room was horrible. Normal conversation was clearly audible, tv at normal level - loud in our room Those walls must be paper thin

Every negative thing said is true

Posted May 23, 2015
Room was extremely small. Roach in bathroom. Called hotel ahead too make sure I had an ocean view. I ended up with a street view. Was told that since I booked through Expedia I should complain to them. Hote staff in front office was very rude. Very small beach.

Go elsewhere

Small and cramped, felt like a prison cell. Barely room to get around the bed. Tiny bathroom and shower. Floor was filthy.

Nice hotel on the beach - good restaurants nearby

Posted May 19, 2015
Pros: Location on the beach.
Cons: Wider and more abundant parking. A pool?
Location: Beach walks, restaurants and tourist shopping were the best amenities nearby. National Park not far.
Five of us stayed seven nights here for a wedding. Beach-side with excellent snorkeling and two excellent restaurants "right there". Rooms clean, lots of towels, strong AC, lots of storage space, good mattress, wooden window shades that closed all the way, fridge kept things cold, microwave worked. Wifi was spotty in the downstairs rooms but excellent in my second-story room. Staff very approachable with extra towels when needed, and didn't mind us moving chairs room-to-room for our get-togethers. Parking spaces limited and narrow, which caused us some anxiety; extra parking on a gravel field next door.

Pros: Clean Quiet Cheap !!
Cons: Parking very tight and not enough room .
if you are someone who is about seeing Maui and all it has. this is a great place to stay . I went on all kind of adventures and found that this was a great place to come back relax go to sleep . The only downfall was the parking .

Excellent location

Posted May 12, 2015
Pros: Location- hotels adjacent have excellent restaurants and affordable bars- late night menus are a real value
Cons: Price- it was expensive for what you got- a BASIC small room and tiny bath (think of cruse ship small) with window AC unit that blows directly on you.
Location: Excellent location- great beach
Arrived late but was greeted by very nice staff- a bit pricey for a bare bones hotel- if you spend another 30 bucks you can go up quite a lot in ammanities and room size.

Beautiful beach

The location of the hotel right on a beautiful beach is just great! It is easy to swim there and the sunsets are amazing. The hotel rooms are small, but there is good internet and TV and the all services function properly.

Would definitely stay elsewhere.

Pros: 0
Cons: Everything described in my experience above.
Was on a personal business trip on my own dime. Thought I would save a few $$$. Big mistake. I'm a female who was by myself checking in and no one offered any help with my luggage which I had to haul up a super small staircase. The room was small, hot, dark and smelled. Had to stand on a chair to operate the tiny AC unit. Bathroom sink was clogged and barely drained, bathroom smelled like mildew. The pass door to room next door was paper thin you could see light through it and could hear everything the other guests were saying and doing. No electrical outlets in the bathroom. The mini fridge in the room ran constantly and when it did shut off made horrible thuds, would happen all night long. Terrible parking. One ice machine available in the whole property and don't forget your room key to get it. Wifi horrible!!!

We are sorry to hear our staff did not show you the customer service you deserved and that you were less than satisfied with your stay. We will make sure management is aware of your issues so we can insure they do not happen during your next visit to our Days Inn.

Nice and close to the beach.

Posted Apr 19, 2015
I loved the convenience of having breakfast at Sarentos right next to the beach and then snorkeling right in front of the hotel and being able to have my room right there if I needed anything. I have done a lot of snorkeling in many of the islands and the best experience I have ever had was right in front of Days Inn.
