hotel na beira da praia

Posted May 18, 2015

Great beach in front of hotel. Nice grounds

Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Update rooms. Get rid of carpet and replace with tile
Location: Great beach right there. Close to shopping and other great hotels. Snorkeling right there. Also short drive to Lahaina. Great seaside town with loads
The room was a very good size, however very dated and dingy. Good thing you don't spend much time inside. Loved the fact you could use all the amenities the entire property had to offer. ie pool, cafe's, pool bar ect. Location was great. Overall we had a great time.

First Visit to Hawaii hotel leaves bad impression

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Clean up and repair rooms, don't reserve specific ( king bed) rooms unless they really have them
Location: This is on Kaanapali beach so near beach and Lahaina
Found the hotel to be in very poor condition ( holes in walls, Mold not only visible but smelled of decay, and bugs in room and bedding), type of room reservation not honored, and staff that had take it or leave it attitude. If you want a clean room with courteous staff choose another hotel.

Old ... but Close to Luau. hard to find pool

Posted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: roomy
Cons: better directions for ppl... ex blue signs for one area... red for another resort etc.
Outdated but was good for one night. should be better marked to get to towels, beach, etc

Gorgeous view

Posted Mar 27, 2015
what makes this good to stay in, is the location, right on the beach, and the use of all amenities at the royal lahaina right next door. Beds had clean sheets, but room is in desperate need of up dating and repairs.

Expected more for price paid

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Located on a nice beach, complimentary yoga/fitness classes in the morning outside
Cons: Update the bathrooms, Move towards tiling the hotel versus carpet, some less expensive breakfast menu items
Location: Short drive to Lahaina, Walking distance to Whalers village
The bathroom shower and toilet area were disgusting. Wallboard was warped and wasn't even complete, gaps in the edges and at the ceiling. The shower stall had black mildew in the grouting. The hotel room and hallways are carpet so there is a funky damp smell around. Our room was 'garden view' which consisted of a view of the luau event area with a luau every night from 5pm to 9pm.

Near a great beach

Posted Mar 8, 2015
Walls were pretty thin so you can hear everything, needs an update, super close to the beach so that was the best, close to dining and shopping. The the greatest hotel, but worth the money savings and location.
