Located at the northern, quiet end of Kihei, across from Kalepolepo Beach with its protected sand dunes, Kihei Bay Vista - Maui Condo & Home surrounds a garden courtyard with ferns, palms, and tropical flowers.
In addition to an outdoor splash pool and adjacent spa tub, guests enjoy a putting green and picnic pavilion with two gas barbecues. Front-desk staff can assist with arranging area activities.

This Kihei resort has 60 individually owned condominiums in four two-story buildings with access via exterior corridors. Facing a central courtyard, the condos have island decor and furnished lanais.

The Kihei complex is across the street from Kalepolepo Beach. Popular area beaches with lifeguards and good swimming include Kamaole Beach Park II, 3.5 miles away, and Kamaole Beach Park III, five miles away. Wailea Golf Club's 18-hole Blue Course is 6.5 miles away.

“Nice Condo”
Condo was nice and clean, the location wasnt the best but it was accessible

I stayed in this condo 20 years ago, and returned with my children.. We had everything we needed, the condo was nicely decorated and clean. We are coming back in the spring! We had a wonderful time! I had to extend my stay in the condo, because of a flight change and it all went smoothly. The staff were great!
“Think motel 6 without maid service”
Condo was motel 6 quality a basic older unit. A/C in living room has trouble making it to the bedroom. No maid service. Washer/Dryer with older towels.Hairdryer in bathroom broken with exposed wires and rust on outside of ice box. Think basic, cheap, DIY and you'll be fine.
“good value for money”
Overall, we had a great time. The condo is conveniently located, 10 min to Kam 1-3 beaches. The grounds are very clean, pool was always cleaned and grass trimmed. Lots of tropical birds around. It would have been nice if the Kihei Bay Condominiums could invest in new grills (they have Broil King BBQs, but they are very rusty on the inside to the point that some grill parts over the burners are falling apart). The owners of this particular condo (D106) could have invested in the bigger TV sets, as well in the new blinds. The curtains may be even more appropriate than blinds as they are easy to open/close and clean. Lots of towels, but they all the same color - in the end nobody knows which towel was used and by whom. The managing company CRH was very helpful when we asked for a new remote for a DVD player. They couldn't fit a universal remote and eventually replaced the unit with a new one.

The condo was what we expected for the price we paid.

We had a pleasant 7 nights here. The arrival was marred by our condo not having the keys available to get in. After about an hour, we ended up having a different condo. The complex is nicely landscaped and surprisingly quiet. It's close to the beach but you have to cross the main road, and in any case this stretch of coastline is not good for beaches or bathing - drive south for some very nice beaches. The hotel pool and spa are excellent, and there are also two free gas BBQs, although one wasn't working. The hotel is pretty close to Kihei and all services/food etc are minutes away. Each condo is privately owned so your mileage may vary regarding the condition. Our kitchen was starting to show its age, but the condo was clean and tidy. Ensure you receive a 'welcome pack' upon arrival which includes some cleaning/toilet supplies; ours was missing. There's A/C but the main bedroom didn't cool down much even though it had a fan; but the living room kept cool and comfortable. It's a suitable place to stay given the price and that we spent little time there other than to sleep - too much to see and do! We would stay there again, now we know what to expect.
“Excellent vacation”
We were very pleased with our condo and it felt like home away from home. We will definitely stay there again! I am not much for eating out so we bought groceries at the store and cooked our meals in the kitchen and on the bbq grills.

If I had known all that it offered I would have used more of the unit. It offered all the cooking and eating utensils needed.

This is about the 8th time staying at Kihei Bay Vista. This time one of the units was for sale. We went to look at it and long story short bought it!
