“It was wonderful!”

When we checked in there was no one at the desk because it was after hours. We didn't know what to do, but we finally found a phone number to call on one of the walls. Luckily I had my cell phone with. Otherwise, it was a perfect place located with an awesome view of the ocean! We had our honeymoon there and couldn't have asked for a more romantic place! We will hopefully go back for an anniversary someday.

“Very pleased with our hotel choice and location”

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. Not to close to other hotels/condos and wonderful location right on the ocean. Wonderful beach to walk on right outside the room. BBQ areas are old and in need of new BBQ's. Basically BBQ'ing in the parking lot. It is nice to have though.

“I didn't want to leave”

The condo was fabulous! It was updated and had everything we wanted. The view was incredible.

“Super well-equipped condo”

This condo was wonderfully well-equipped -- far superior to a hotel experience. We even returned things to the store after realizing the condo already had them (beach towels, snorkeling fins, spices for cooking, etc). It was actually better equipped than my home, and it's an advantage to be able to cook (or grill!) because dining/food on Maui is so expensive. The grounds were impeccably cared for, we could walk right out our dining room door and sit outside or visit a great walking beach in seconds. Recommended!

“Great location”

We really loved the location. It is at the northern end of Kihei, at the south end of Sugar Beach, a 2 to 3 mile stretch of fine sand beach. We walked up and down the beach several times during our stay. Fantastic view of the ocean and neighboring islands from the lanai. From this location, it is a short drive to just about anywhere on the island. We shopped at Lahaina, walked along Ka'anapali beach(rather crowded), drove the road to Hana (a must see), and drove through Iao Valley to the Iao Needle. Also, went to a luau at the Wailea Marriot and toured the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium. Had a great time during our six night stay. Room was very nice and clean. Only issues were: some traffic noise in the bedroom and the bed wasn't the most comfortable.

“Great place to stay!”

Had read other reviews before we left and we had absolutely no road noise (5th floor) Beach not the best to swim at but, great for walking or jogging (beautiful) Had coffee on lania ever morning and it was fun to people watch as they went up and down the beach. Location close to everything by car. Everything nice and clean, internet was free. Great for the money.

“Did not want to leave!!”

I looked on Expedia for a room that was right on the ocean, this condo is more than what we expected we will be back again. The are very up on keeping the grounds very clean. We wish it had two rooms we have two kids age 10/8 and they had a pull out couch, they were ok with it. The room had everything we needed to cook and some stuff to take out on the beach very well stocked. The view was wonderful. I highly recommend this location.

“Unbelievable View”

The room is wonderful. We just have a little problem with the light in the bathroom, is not working. I called Monday and also let the front desk the problem. Tuesday, I called again and notified the front desk. Tuesday afternoon, the repair person arrived but the problem is no the bulb but the switch. On Wednesday, another peronn arrived and fixed it. Other than that everything is wonderful. This is what I call Front Beach. Only a few step and you are on the beach. We leave the door open so we can hear the birds and the beach. Really beautiful. The place is nice. Groceries, Restaurant and stores are super expensive so bring a lot of money. We did Snorkeling, Parasailing and surfing. We all enjoy it. I wish we have enough time, we like to go to the forest and waterfalls. Maybe next time.

“Great condo literally right on top of the ocean!”

Nicely furnished condo., Basically everything that you will need except the "fun" part. Condo was even equipped with reading books and boogie boards and even a little cooler. Oceanfront and I mean oceanfront! Make sure that you see the sunrise and sunset every morning, they will take your breath away. Our children were 13 and 10 and they were just amazed at Maui. We are very fortunate that we could give then an experience that they will remember forever.
