Nice hotel, close to the beachPosted Nov 17, 2014
Had a great time. Had the beach steps aways from hotel. Minutes away from store outlets and restaurants by the shore.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff, quiet, bed.
Cons: Make the card reader for upper lever parking more visible.
Location: Everything to do is within walking distance of the resort. Like spaghetti sauce, it's all in there.
Very clean and well maintained inside and out. Quiet. Staff readily available to assist guests and grounds workers maintain the exterior impeccable clean. Large flat screen TV in rooms with cable. Full clean kitchen stocked with everything necessary to prepare a simple meal. Clean and beautiful. Chester and Allyson are very friendly and up beat. Concierge service was spot on with recommendations for Luau and other outings.

peace like an oceanPosted Oct 8, 2014
The hotel is perfect for a quiet getaway. Lovely Lahani is a lazy short stroll or if you prefer a snappy reasonably taxi ride. View from the Lani is breath taking twenty four seven. It is a delight to sit poolside in the sun or shade and enjoy both the water activity and a pleasant tropical breeze. It is a place to fully relax.

An excellent ocean view!Posted Oct 6, 2014
We loved how close the hotel was to the beach. We stayed at the LSBR for our honeymoon. We had purchased a mountain view hotel room and got upgraded to an ocean view room when we arrived. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was very relaxing and we didn't feel overwhelmed with a bunch of people. It is also right next to downtown Lahaina, therefore we didn't need to rent a car!

Just OK.Posted Oct 2, 2014
Pros: Clean room. Good room housekeeping service.
Cons: Jacuzzi must stop its work when it is convenient to the guests and not to the cleaning lady.
Location: Good location.
Wake up calls aren't reliable. Overage experience.

Excellent vacationPosted Oct 1, 2014
Pros: The view was amazing. Great snorkling and surfing near hotel.
Cons: When we asked not to have two beds, we assumed we would be getting a queen or a king, but instead we only got the one double. That needs to be fixed.
Location: Everything is withing walking distance.
We just got back from our honeymoon at the lahaina shores beach resort in Maui. We had a very pleasant experience. We would definitly recommend this hotel, however we strongly recomend to book a premium ocean view room. The non premium rooms are very out dated and not up to standard. Our room had an amazing view, full kitchen and everything appeared to be new.

Close to LahainaPosted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: The charm and closeness.
Cons: The room was billed as a queen but the mattress was really two twins put together and I kept falling in the crack between the two when I rolled over.
Location: The whole town of Lahaina is close.
It was clean, and close to Lahaina. We enjoyed the walk around the old town and shopping. The hotel was clean with a little bit of charm from the décor.
