"Wonderful resort with great amenities."
This is my first time going to Hawaii and it was almost magical. Those islands are so beautiful it's insane. The hotel staff was fairly nice, friendly and smiley most of the time. Lines form quite often at the front counter and the guest information desk across from it. Be ready to pay for parking without finding any parking spots! They host a Laua every night I think and there is almost never any parking until the thing is over. Despite having a parking pass, others who come in get to park without paying and clutter up the parking lot, hence no parking spots. Make sure you are as far away from the 3rd floor as possible; they have an air conditioning unit on there so you could always hear the fan/compressor. It could use a gym, if there was one i couldn't find it. There are tennis courts, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi hidden in the back of the parking lot. With that said, when we were at the resort the swimming pool and Jacuzzi next to the tennis court were the filthiest thing every. Seems like no one ever cleans them. Oh and we saw a RAT!!! Running in the walkway between the tennis courts. I didn't know ratatouille was a guest there.

"Maui Condo"
The Castle Kamaole provides excellent customer services and is very reasonably priced. Our condo was recently remodeled and professionally decorated. It had a large fully equipped kitchen, 2 recently remodeled bathrooms, a spacious living room, bedroom and a large lani. Due to the hurricane we needed to stay an additional night and the staff was very helpful and let us select another room as this one was booked. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. It has a large pool and is across the street from a sandy beach. The rates were very reasonable for the size of the unit and number of amenities the complex provided.

"Hotel (Not a Big Resort) on the Beach"
Our favorite part about the Mana Kai, apart from its location on the beach, is that it is NOT a huge resort. It feels more relaxed and real then the big places, and that's why we always stay here.

"Fabulous resort, excellent customer service!"
Excellent resort, friendly staff and great customer service. The location has amazing snorkeling right off of the hotel's waterfront beach and the restaurant had excellent food. I thought this resort was well worth the price and everything about our stay was great, I would stay here again. The spa was also fabulous. Also be sure to take advantage of the concierge services, they had great ideas and were happy to plan our days out with fun things to do that we otherwise would not have experienced.

"Awesome Condos on private beach in Kihei, Maui"
Where to start, stayed at Sugar Beach Condos from Aug. 12 - 19th 2014. It was WONDERFUL, full kitchen with all utensils etc, bath, washer/dryer, beach towels, chairs, lanai, basically your own 1 bedroom condo on the beach. We upgraded to an ocean front room, and we're so glad we did. My cousin also stayed at Sugar Beach with us the same time in her own Condo however it wasn't ocean front. It was still an AWESOME condo, however when sitting on her Lanai it wasn't very private. So if you have some extra cash, upgrade to ocean front for added privacy!! They have everything you need onsite, rentals, shops, massage, pedi/mani, FREE parking and they really are centrally located in my opinion. Also, a MUST to visit DINA'S Sandwich shop, it dubs as a bar as well. Lots of locals, but they are AWESOME and VERY welcoming. We went there at least once a day during our stay to cool off in the AC with a cold beverage. Earlinda and ELona are THE BEST!!!!! WE will be coming back to visit Maui and staying at Sugar Beach. I'm still on cloud 9 from our trip. Mahalo Maui, Expedia and Sugar Beach!
