"Quiet, couple friendly hotel."
We loved our stay at Hotel Wailea. We were concerned about not being on the beach, but the private shuttle service was always quick. We waited no more than 5 minutes and that was only one occasion.

"Great hotel and overall experience"
Stayed at the Sheraton with my girlfriend for 6 nights. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. We only ate the bars poolside during the day, but the food was outstanding. The location is perfect with decent snorkeling available right in front of the hotel at Black Rock. Famous Ka'anapali beach was also a plus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for any occasion. I would stay here again.

"Nice condo with great ocean view rooms."
We travel to Maui a few times a year and always stay at the kaanapali Shores . It is a very well maintained ocean front property with a truly friendly staff. On our last two week visit we were upgraded to an ocean view room which made our stay even more pleasant. The condo concierge was very helpful in recommending fun activities and as an praticipating Expedia travel site we received discounted rates as well as Expedia points. Great experience overall.

"Maui strong"
The Westin Maui R&S is great, but too expensive for my next trip. $300 just for resort fee. Breakfast unreasonably high priced. But the view from our balcony, the comfort of the king-sized bed, proximity to great snorkeling and beautiful beach to stroll made it worth our first Hawaiian experience

"Perfect honeymoon location to relax and unwind!"
We spent 4 nights here as part of our honeymoon. Right from the start the service was excellent, receiving a complimentary upgrade was fantastic, the room was amazing, well maintained and with an excellent view of the ocean. The hotel had a range of eatery options including poolside wood oven with daily drinks specials. The hotel also ran a number of different activities on daily basis which we took part in. All of these were run efficiently and were most enjoyable. All staff were very friendly and personable. They were always available to tend with any requests and ensured that these were completed quickly. We found the hotel extremely relaxing and was the highlight of our honeymoon to the Hawaiian islands. We could not fault anything with this hotel and we are already planning our return trip for our wedding anniversary!

    Maui Hotel Guide

Stop and stay a while in Hana

Hana is a charming small town, much more than just a pit stop along the way to the towering high-rise resorts in the west. Stop and stay a while in Hana, and experience the authentic Aloha spirit. Rise with the sun for a majestic view of it over the water, kayak through coral reefs, and indulge in chocolate-covered macadamia nuts at the quaint Hasegawa General Store. Hana is an understated somewhat secret Hawaiian spot offering a peaceful and serene getaway.

    The back road to Hana

On your next adventure in Maui, take the road less traveled to Hana. While Hana Highway will take you to Hana, the Pi’ilani Highway will get you there, too.
