“Avoid this Hotel - not even close to a 3 stars!”

The spa was a misery: poor service, sauna not working, hammam hardly clean, shower in male changing room 20 year old and with no hot water! Service very poor, personnel very nice (they tried hard to meet our expectation) but not trained and clearly not up to the level required in 4 start hotel. Management invisible and not responsive. Mice running in restaurant, kitchen and bars... Beach was not clean and area cleaned of corals was so small you could not swim in the sea, disappointing to come all the way to Mauritius and have to swim in the pool... we went to the west of the island to see the dolphin (extraordinary experience!) and stopped in places were beaches were excellent... Water sports very limited and closed after 4:00PM (the best 2 hours of the day are from 4:00 to 6:00)!
