Super View n location.

Pros: Beautiful location and superb rooms.
Cons: Male staff at the front desk need to be trained to at least smile while the guests are checking in. They all need training.
Location: Beautiful South Mauritius. Many many activities in the sea. It's a beach front property and scuba diving is recommended.
This is a place to enjoy beautiful sunsets and relax on the beach. Activities are plenty. We did Scuba Diving n glass boat rides. Superb food and superb restaurant services.

The hotel was quiet and our Club room was overlooking the beach. Beautiful, well maintained gardens. Excellent choice of food in the Mercado restaurant. The only downside was very slow service in the Bar Bleu otherwise a great place to stay.

Pros: location
Cons: Owners should think of improving service and food. Another problem: sandy paths over all territory: there is no water cranes to wash feet.
Positive:Location is very good: close to attractions. Room is spacious. Negative: room service is very poor, rooms not cleaned for a couple of days, glasses not washed, waste bins not emptied; towels not changed. Not enough sunbeds nor beach towels. Pool bar was mostly closed. Very, very poor food, no choice, no variety, no vegetables. You will be served very late or never. If you come late to dinner you have to scratch remains from plates (very rarely refill) Too expensive for such kind of food: appr. 40EUR/p.p with no choice. Empty bottles at pool side were not cleaned until lunch time.

nothing justify the price except the location!

The site still nice but the did fake renovation after Movenpick period, bad organization, buffet quality not good, price increased without any reason. There are really a lot of better valuable hotels to go in Mauritius for that range of price! They tried to give a garden view room for a paid sea view room. Not acceptable for that kind of hotel.

This hotel is desperately in need of some improvements. Nice looking hotel on a decent location on the island, the staff brought our experience down. Service was non-existent at times and the food was over-priced. The hotel, with good management, could improve in a year or so.

Location: Das Hotel liegt im Süden direkt am Strand von Bel Ombre. Mit dem Auto innerhalb von ca30 min erreichbar: le Morne, Terre de 7 Couleur, Wasserfälle
Das Outtrigger war das erste Hotel auf unserer Mauritiusrundreise und mit das beste. Sehr schöner Strand, top Hotel in großzügiger und sehr gepflegter Anlage und entspanntes, junges Publikum. Perfekt für Paare und junge Familien.
