"Fantastic hotel, near to tube station"
We had been let down by a rival company and had no were to stay. The hotel staff were amazing and did there utmost to make our stay seamless. The Spanish Restaurant was fantastic, we should know our parents live there! The bar staff are trained mixatologist and know how to make the best cocktail you've ever tasted. They will even make a drink to suit your mood. The live entertainment was great, something new each night and suits all ages. Our room was tastefully decorated and so quiet you would never realise your staying away. The toiletries provided actually delivered what was on the label, and not something you would ordinarily never use because it's too full of parabens. What made our stay more enjoyable was the option to upgrade to the level. This gave you free use of a separate room that provides, breakfast, aperitifs before dinner each night, on-line facilities, papers, books and games. This amazing facility offered a quiet and relaxing area away from the hustle of the hotel lobby. The most amazing part of our stay was the fantastic staff, they were always happy, smiling, polite, well dressed and most of all very helpful and friendly. What more can I say, but were going back.

Pocket Guide: London Mayfair - Marylebone Melia Hotels International Hotels

Famous for its hotels, Mayfair holds London's most expensive homes and, on Bond Street, its most expensive shops. But the tucked-away pubs, restaurants, and shops of atmospheric Shepherd Market offer affordable local colour, too. Sandwiched between several main roads, Marylebone has a village atmosphere and a charming High Street. Nearby attractions include Madame Tussaud's and the Georgian splendours of Regent's Park, including London Zoo.
