As clean as the comments said it wasPosted Sep 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
I like a clean room and I felt that this room was near the top of the heap in comparison to places I have stayed in the past. A little pricier than some places I could have chosen but in this case you get what you pay for. I didn't use any of the hotel's amenities so i can't speak for them.

Excellent location near InterstatePosted Aug 27, 2013
Pros: It was very quiet in spite of being near a major interstate.
Cons: As you enter from a street at the rear of the hotel near the conference center, larger and better signage at the entrance would be very helpful.
Location: Many restaurants and shops in the area, and very easy to get to all areas of town via the interstate.
I was attending a high school reunion, plus we were visiting friends and relatives in the area. The hotel was near the Interstate and served as an excellent central base from which to go in all the directions from the east side of Cleveland.

First time stay - very pleased.Posted Aug 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were very satisfied with our experience at this hotel. It is well maintained with a lot of amenities for the price. We ate a late dinner in the restaurant, and thought the food was quite good; the menu was varied and the prices reasonable. The fitness area was well-equipped and clean. The beds are adjustable for firmness and comfortable. We had a king suite that was spacious and well-equipped with two flat acreens and a fridge and microwave. The only issues were insufficient lighting near rhe room mirror, and a bathroom door that opened outwards into the hallway and was sticking a little against the doorframe. Also, a bathroom exhaust fan was the one thing lacking that we thought should have been included in the room.

Great location and qualityPosted Jul 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel check-in was very quick and easy. Our room was large and very clean. They had a breakfast buffet for a good price but we did not get it because we had plans with others. The only thing that was disappointing was the bed--the hotel has a sign on the front desk bragging about the adjustable comfort of the beds, and shows a dial that is attached to each bed. (I believe I even saw the beds included in an amenities list online). The bed was rock-hard! We inquired at the front desk, and she told us to turn the dial down and that it takes awhile for it to adjust. I don't know how the bed works (it did not appear to have a plug like a Sleep Number bed), but we were there Friday-Sunday and the bed was just as hard as it was the moment we walked in. At least there was a plush mattress cover (like sheep fur) that gave some softness. Overall the bed was not an issue of whether we would stay there or not in the future--we definitely would and probably will for an upcoming wedding. Also, there are a lot of restaurants and stores within a few miles, and the area is very good and safe. On a side note, when we got our hotel receipt, we noticed that it did not match our initial reservation through the site so pay attention.

Holiday and niece's wedding receptionPosted Jul 14, 2013
Pros: price and amenities.
Cons: not a thing
Location: convenient to the interstate, shopping, activities.
We received an excellent price and were impressed with the facilities. The hotel is close to the Interstate, shopping, and event sites. The housekeeping staff were attentive and even though we didn't require our room to be made up, they stopped by to offer coffee and fresh towels. My husband liked the access to the work out facility next door, but was complimentary of the room in the hotel offered.
