Excellent hotel with comfortable bed, spacious rooms and attentive friendly staff. The hotel itself seems to have gone through some renovations placing itself a step above all the other IHG hotels we stayed at during our trip. Our only displeasure was the breakfast, though the staff and the interior of the restaurant was great.

The restaurant in the hotel Alfredo’s at the Inn was fantastic. We had brunch, dinner, and breakfast. The food was amazing. Even though the continental breakfast was free for the guests, we wanted to try the breakfast on the menu.

Cleveland in a Rush
We booked this hotel for its closeness to Cleveland Clinic-Mayfield Heights. It was a last minute booking and everything went smoothly. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean. Wonderful price for a short stay.

The hotel is clean and safe and just off I-271. This made it an affordable option with easy access to the Cleveland Museum of Art and both Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Brecksville Reservation. There are not really a lot of restaurants next to the hotel; you'll have drive a mile or so south. But there is a Heinen's supermarket about half a mile away.

Decent and comfortable
It is a decent hotel. It's comfortable and fairly clean. There were a few minor things people may want to know. We were on the first floor. They have floodlights pointed at the windows from the parking lot. Even with the blinds pulled down light got in. The room was small and laid out weird. The mini fridge and microwave were at the end of the bed. The bathroom vanity is small and there is not much room to do make up or lay out toiletries, especially if you have more than one person getting ready. The pool is closed, if that's important to you call ahead and see if they got it opened up yet. Overall it was a fine stay but when we were here before we had a much better room.
The fridge & microwave were at the end of the bed furthest from the door. It was awkward
very small counterspace in the bathroom
If you get a first floor room facing the parking lot these lights are going to shine into the room, the blinds didn't completely stop that

There was too much noise in the restaurant. A whole bunch of kids yelled and screamed. There were only limited seats in the restaurant and they were short of staff. Later, in my room, I could hear someone running up and down the corridor. Other people slammed doors and talked loudly in the corridor near my room. By the way, there was no indication about reservations for the restaurant.

I am not one to write reviews but we were so happy with our stay, I felt compelled to write one. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and had planty of extras. Ample parking and the surrounding area was really nice. The hotel restaurant was the nicest I have ever been to in a hotel.

Too many issues
The hot and cold waters were backwards. The door wouldn’t lock from the inside unless you picked it up ahd turned the lock at the same time, but from the outside you had to kick it in. The phone didn’t work. They had ridiculous electric shades that kept falling off the roll and slamming to the ground, the fire alarm went off twice between 3am and 4 am
