It was clean, but old. My room was on the front side of the building, and I could hear everyone leaving in the morning. My blanket on the bed had a cigarette burn in it. I didn't get a washcloth the second day. When I got to breakfast at 8am on the second day, it was all gone except for cereal.

I did not like being yelled at rudely by staff wanting me to check out when i had requested and been told it was ok, to check out later at 1 pm. Staff was very rude about granting my late checkout even tho night staff had granted it.

There was a bug in our room. The floor was damp like it had been cleaned. Breakfast was pretty much gone-when we got there. The room smelled very stuffy and not pleasant. It was okay, but it needs help.

We brought our unworking clock to the front desk and they could not replace it. Large dead bug in the room on the floor. Then there were no hair dryers. The breakfast food had 2 pieces of egg, the OJ machine was not turned on, they only put out enough for a couple of people. It was truly sad and we would NEVER stay there again. Sorry.

Room was comfortable and reasonably clean.
Main complaint is no coffee maker in the room.

Thank you for the feedback as per the brand standards we are no longer allowed to have a coffee makers in the room.we have coffee available in the lobby for 24 hours.

You get what you pay for
It’s an inexpensive hotel - so I understand that it will not be a luxury hotel. However the comforter was filthy with what looked like bodily fluid stains. The hallways had chunks of dry dirt throughout the building. The shower bar was falling out of the wall. BUT it was freshly painted, easy to find and served it’s purpose.

What a great surprise! Very clean. Quiet. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Older but well maintained. Nice large outdoor deck. Plenty of parking. Could use a bigger tv in room but really a great value.

Acceptable, But Could Be Better
The accommodations were fine. My niece reported not seeing advertised breakfast. Otherwise it was fine. We would try the hotel again to see if improved.

Could use an elevator for older or younger guests the stairs may be hard on them but I made it fine

We have just installed new beds and frames and that particular frame was not put together correctly. Again we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for letting us know of the issue. The hotel was in the midst of remodeling so all could not be as positive as previous stays. Because of this we had a second floor room which was a problem carrying suitcases up and down stairs but things like that will happen.
The staff did all they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Was not made aware of the remodeling when reserved my room. The first room they sent me to was dirty. Beds weren't made. So went to another room. It was clean but had a hatd time with key cards to work. When returning later that evening again key cards would not work. Had to go back to front desk for new cards. Would not stay here again. The whole first floor was being remodeled. So you had to stay on 2nd floor. They should have let me know about the remodeling and i could have decided if i wanted to book there or not. I was in town for a college graduation so it wasn't a good thing.

In town for a funeral. The hotel was a mess and under construction/renovation. It should not have been opened to paying guests. Dust everywhere. Terrible

Was surprised to find that it was not ADA compliant. Besides the construction mess it was a good stay. Staff very helpful withe our TV

I ordered A king size room from Expedia. When I arrived the room looked great. However within minutes a very loud compressor noise went off. I asked for a different room. They could only give a less expensive and smaller double room. It turns out they knew about the noise as a problem and rented the king size room anyways. They would not refund the difference in cost to go to a double bed room stating it’s was booked on Expedia. I wondered how many travelers get this form of bait and switch. It’s only $20 and I won’t go through the time to get a refund from Expedia as I doubt it will happen. So buyer beware. Ask if the one room they have as a king bed suite has a sprinkler generator go off randomly. If so do not book it. Also the property had dehumidifiers everywhere on the bottom floor and looks like there is a water issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Back in December we had our water lines busted due to cold weather and we have been working towards putting our property back to normal. We apologize for the noise and Dehumidifiers everywhere. Regarding the refund of the difference ..if you would have booked directly with the hotel we would have been glad to refund you at checkout but since you have prepaid to Expedia...their policy is to refer the guest back to them for any changes or refunds. So per the policy you have to get with Expedia for any changes or refunds. Have a blessed day.
