Cute little lodge, breakfast was amazing. Felt like staying at a family’s house more than anything. Was a little far from the town, not walking distance but close enough to drive.

Lovely B&B. Staff was warm and friendly. Place is immaculate. A bit outside of Westport but only a 5 minute walk to the quays and several fantastic restaurants and pubs right along the water. Hope to get back here

The Creel deli was a great spot for lunch and Friends Bistro is a must if you want a 5 start dinner. Great location to downtown shopping. We would have preferred having recommendations for the areas attractions & amenities. The staff did not make much of an attempt to get to know their guests.

A gem in the heart of Westport between the city centre and Westport Quay. The rooms were lovely and the staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast in the morning was a great send off to adventure through Westport!

The way you check in. Had to speak into a speaker. No one to say hello or welcome. Just a note on the table to say which room you are and to fill out your breakfast form and leave on table. In the bathroom there were a couple of dead flies and on the ceiling a couple of spiders. The breakfast was okay. I have had better.

Cassandra. Pat here owner of Boffin Lodge Westport. So sorry to hear of your disappointment with your stay. I must apologise for the dead flies found in the bathroom which is totally unacceptable. . To clarify your other complaint. We were aware early on the day of your arrival that we would have no one available that day for person to person checkins between 5.30 & 6.30pm. As a result at 9am that morning I sent a SMS Text to the contact number provided by you when booking. I also sent you an email at 9am. By 12 noon when no reply was received to both efforts I tried ringing the phone number provided. Again I was unable to make contact. Automated checkins normally only happen in Boffin Lodge after 9pm at night. I hope your realise that I genuinely made ever effort to contact you on your day of arrival to ensure this would not happen.

Home from home, just as I like a good B&B, very quiet and relaxing stay, and good value for money. Food was great quality and all freshly cooked, room was very comfortable and spacious, beds were very comfortable, had a great nights sleep.

A 15 min walk from town; around the corner though from harbour. House itself was very outdated, twin beds in our tiny room, one was uncomfortable and creaked really badly if you moved. Wooden toilet seat, and all eroded underneath from urine. Small Fridge in room didn’t work. Very expensive for what it is. Breakfast was very good, french toast, boxty, full Irish, mix and match etc.

The best bed for comfort for sure. Lovely breakfast . Staff very friendly.Good location for walking to town. Definitely value for money. Liked having small fridge in room , tea/coffee facilities, and fresh milk when I asked for it , to make tea in my room .

We stayed in Grove Cottage, next door. It was a large house with many beds for a family, which was nice for us to stretch out and relax after a couple of weeks on a vacation cooped up with family. The cottage was incorrectly listed on Expedia as including breakfast, which is does not, and that caused a bit of chaos the first morning. We didn't receive an apology, and couldn't order what we wanted the first morning, so a bit irritating, but everything was taken care of by the next morning. The lady in charge of the kitchen was very nice and made a fantastic breakfast. Only one tv in the house picked up channels, but we were touring Westport most of the time anyway.

We loved especially the breakfast. The staff was really nice, too. Very friendly. The place is an easy, pleasant walk to the center of town - and it's a lovely town center.
